This has always been our go-to pizza and wing spot for years, but the last two orders have been really disappointing. The pizza is still good, but the wings have changed a lot in both taste and amount of sauce. I always ask for extra saucy wings, yet one order came with barely any sauce and the wrong items—wrong wing count and three garlic breads instead of one.
When I called, the manager was polite and offered a free pound next time, which I appreciated. But when I ordered again for family and guests, I explained the issue to the employee and was assured the wings would be extra saucy. Unfortunately, they came barely sauced again and just weren’t good.
Something has definitely changed, and for the price, the quality just hasn’t been there. Sadly, after years of being loyal customers, we’re now looking for a new spot.

A1 pizza may go down in my greatest and most thankful memories ever... I was going through a very hard time in my life and my wife had just taken the kids and i was ready too end it all. so i walked into A1 pizza to have my last meal, I sat down, ordered my pizza and started eating, when one of the workers noticed my sadness and solitude he walked over and sat down next to me. the next 3 hours of my life i would never ever forget, i shared my emotions with him and even felt somewhat of a connection eventually i shared why i was there, it must of took a'lot of strength for him to talk me out of it but finally i decided to stay in this world because of him. so overall 10/10 service and just about the best pizza you can get for the price highly recommend.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 pounds of wings Said it would be 25 minutes got there in 25 minutes and they just put the pizzas in the oven. When the wings came out I asked which ones were suicide and which ones were mild? They took them in the back and labelled them they both were suicide ended up throwing them out. Pizza was good.

I LOVE A1 pizza BUT you guys have some crazy delivery hours. Your delivery hours stop WAY to early! Not being able to order after 8:18pm when you are open until 10pm & later is pretty wild! I Really want to order from A1 but you have THE Least accommodating pizza delivery hours in dundas. From a happy customer, PLEASE fix this.

Was in a pinch for some lunch, stopped here for 2 slices, price was decent, but I don't think I've ever had pizza as bad as this. I'm not sure if it was just super old as they were slices, but the sauce tasted like it's been sitting out for 2 days. I had a thunderstorm in my stomach about an hour after consuming and had to rush to the nearest bathroom. I'm an outdoor contractor... It was a scary situation.
