I've ordered here a couple times and the pizza and wings are great but the delivery is ALWAYS late. And not like 5 minutes late. More like 15 to 40 minutes late. And this is for deliveries scheduled more than an hour in advance. Love the pizza but the delivery times are pretty unforgivable. I'd love to recommend but really can't for delivery.

Found hair in my pizza dough. Called for a resolution; they offered to make a new one but I did not have appetite. They told me to go to the store, for a refund. I got there and they told me I needed the pizza that was in a dumpster for a refund. They told me they already made a replacement pizza in three minutes(amazing) in efforts to gaslight me into not giving me the refund they promised me. After several phone calls with the owner on an employees cellphone in store(weird), they gave me a partial refund and told me they would not refund me the dipping sauces. After being a loyal customer for years this was it; I told them this was exploiting a customer after giving them their word for a refund and they threw 3 dollars skipping across the counter.
I Hope nobody else has to have an experience like this one.

We ordered pizza at 7:50pm for delivery, which we have had pizza delivered by calling over the phone in the past. I just called about 5 minutes ago 10pm and I was told that you don't deliver, only pick up. Why would you say it'll be ready in 25 minutes to start with, we called after an hour and a half to make sure it was still coming and we were told it was ready and on its way. So do you do delivery or just choose when you want to?
