I would have given 10 stars if available. This place is now my go to place. Their breakfast burrito is what i had in my first visit and i loved it. Then i tried their veg sandwich. OMG, it was delicious. After eating that sandwich, two weeks later i found myself back at their cafe just to found out it was sold out. Bad luck right?! So i told staff that i just came for that sandwich as i was craving for it. Staff talked with the chef and they said they will make it for me but it might take little longer. I said no problem at all and I was very happy that they accommodated my request.

We are super lucky to live above this place! Its a great spot - quality coffee, delicious baked goods, speaking of which, they have been able to give me gluten free options countless times and its been delicious! Finally, the atmosphere is great. Its a cozy spot to go solo or with friends. It is easy to see why there are so many regulars. The staff are always awesome too.

Went on the weekend before a hike and the bald gent behind the counter was awesome. Very funny and engaging in his own way. I got a coffee and my lady got a hot chocolate, both were delicious. Wish this was closer to Toronto. Good stuff

We’ve been here many times, usually no problems and great coffee. Today the milk in our drinks were burnt (young high school student made our drinks, we understood) so we waited until the crowd calmed down and politely asked for new drinks. The owner immediately was very rude, stuck his finger in the drink, asked if we wanted it “detour temperature” and left to remake them, and then served us two sub par flat whites. I come here often, I know the standard, and these were not it. Very disappointed with the reaction to a more than fair request.
You can tell his attitude is poor by the high employee turnover rate at this place. Many young staff who are poorly trained in the last year or so. Not to mention the complete and utter disrespect to the other local cafe by dissing them as well, who have very lovely and competent people running their store.
I understand some people find the blunt sarcasm charming, but the owner is lacking professionalism. I’m sure many of his friends claim “that’s just the way he is”.

Forget about starbucks, take a nice stroll through beautiful downtown #fundas and visit cafe domestique, excellent coffee and very friendly staff. The owner is easy on the eyes as well.
Visited twice while in Dundas. Excellent cappuccino and treats. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this cafe to those looking for a nice space to enjoy a 'coffee' and treat.
