I’m so sad that Chans has become this low quality. The service is quick and friendly but the food has really gone downhill. Definitely no longer a go to place. Smallest egg roll ever.

Ordered the Ma Po ToFu. Received a small container for $11.95 which consisted of watery broth out of a can, peas & corn which obviously came from a frozen bulk bag, & blahhh tofu. Could've made a dish 1000 times better myself. Overpriced garbage masquerading as food. Am feeling ripped off. Save your money.

Haven't had CHAN'S in years gone downhill huge like the one at the University plaza ordered spring rolls very small looked like coleslaw inside - sweet and sour ribs were dry had about the same amount of non edible fat as pork , beef rice was good beef szechuan it was good I will be looking for another Chinese restaurant to order from somewhere in Hamilton

Worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. Beef fried rice little morsels of beef and lots of soya no peas or carrots as advertised. Pork ribs in garlic sauce was boiled ribs tough and watered down sauce that wouldn’t stick to the ribs it was soup no garlic flavour the vegetables in the Cantonese chow mein was raw. The sweet and sour pork was old grease which I had two bites spit out immediately as it tasted like old oil.. I should have stuck with my usual place. Next time I will do my own research on here and not rely on the app site reviews. I threw everything out waste of $80 it was horrible.

I always order the consomme when I'm sick & today, I'm sick. Tonight there were so many onions it, I couldn't eat it & the egg roll tasted rancid. I'm sorry Chan's, but I expect a lot more from you. I'm not sure I'll order again. Very disappointed

I like the food; but when I want something after work .. its closed. Really wish they'd stay open later on weekends like 1am; 10:30pm is quite early to close on a friday and Saturday night.
Please consider extending hours for weekends.

Christmas Day is an extremely hectic time for our family as we now have a grandchild and a dachshund. So this year we decided on picking up Chinese Food. I went in person on the 23rd to place our order for the 25th. The order was ready on time and was complete, it was a fairly large order. Food was good and plentiful. Considering how busy it was the staff was courteous and on point with the orders.
Parking: Part of a strip plaza so lots of parking.
