I purchased a shrimp poke bowl today I had one bite of the shrimp and almost threw up, shrimp was completely rotten , like nothing I have ever tasted before I know seafood exceptionally well- this shrimp spread like butter with my fork !! This will sicken and potentially kill someone!! Do better . I go to freshii very often , to multiple locations but will now reconsider this. Absolutely no regard for food safety.

Well my visit started off badly as I was ignored for at least five minutes while the worked made other peoples food. A simple hi I will be with you soon would have been nice but ignoring me worked I guess. I ended up chatting with another customer while we waited. When I finally got to order I said no crispy onions please I’m gluten intolerant . Than she gives me my Meal with crispy onions. I say I told you I can’t eat the onions because of an allergy and she said it’s fine. I said its not I really can’t eat this and that’s why I asked you to leave them off. The woman pulls out some menu and starts reading and at this point I realize she won’t understand so I said no worries and just left because I was on a break and work and didn’t have time to argue never mind I don’t want to argue I just want my food that I paid for. I just left because I had zero trust in her so if you are gluten free or have a food allergies I wouldn’t go here. Seems they have no knowledge or care for food sensitivity and they do not listen to customers

I choose not to generally write reviews, even if I wasn't satisfied with my meal, but this time is an exception.
Buying meals through uber eats can be quite expensive, which I rarely do. So you can imagine that I was looking forward to it.
What was delivered was disappointing. I ordered their green smoothie drink which claims to have pineapple, banana, kale, avocado and oat milk. It tasted like nothing at all. Empty. The shakes I make at home tastes better than what I paid for. As for my meal, I paid extra for chicken costing me close to $20, which there was only 4 little pieces. My entire order, plus tip, was close to $50, which is a lot for me. I expected fairness and meals that tasted good but I felt taken advantage of.
I learned my lesson the hard way. Stay away from ANY food delivery apps and businessess like this one, who value $$ over providing quality meals. Better to make your own food that tastes good and is affordable.

Gopalika is an employee of freshii. I was there eating there watching she made up 8 bowls in 5 minutes. That was unbelievable Uber order. Very efficient in her skills.

My husband picked up dinner for us. I asked for the Buddha bowl with brown rice instead of noodles. They put noodles and white rice, filling the bowl 3/4. There was nit much room for vegetables ingredients, hardly any.

It was my first time and I will be back solid food.
I had a mango smoothie with whey and turmeric it was perfect for a hot day. Staff was knowledgable and helpful in explaining the ingredients and the benefits of turmeric and the difference of protein whey.

We enjoyed a well-made, full bowl of our favourite items today at this location. Rep was courteous and took the time to do this right. Often times we have visited other locations where the bowl would only be half full of product.
