Terrible experience. The music was so loud the staff couldn’t hear to take the order. We tried to order a kids meal. We asked for a special request and the staff couldn’t hear let alone accommodate the request. This special request is one we’ve made prior with no concern. An order was not even placed due to the service. Very disappointing experience.

Our family have been coming here monthly for 3 years. We always get 4 tofu teriyaki bowls. Unfortunately each time we come the quantity gets less and less in the bowl. Today was the worst ever. The bowl was filled less than half full. Likely won’t come back again.

I used to come to this freshii all the time but I don’t think I’ll be back. I’ve been coming here consistently for almost 2 years. I ordered a pick up order and I asked to have the hot food separate from the cold food because I have a long drive home and it will get soggy, and the hot food will get cold. I was told I had to pay extra for that. I don’t understand why my order was accepted if you could not do seperate it. I was obviously disappointed to arrive at the restaurant and not even being told “we’re sorry but we can’t seperate”. The workers were not helpful either. It just sucks because the previous workers were so kind, helpful and understanding of my situation. I also had another instance where I was charged roughy 2 dollars extra simply for wanting to substitute the sauce. I wasn’t getting extra. I was simply substituting the sauce.Edit: after arriving home and opening my bowls, I found that my bowls also didn’t have the sauce I requested. I asked to have yogurt Greek ranch instead of the spicy yogurt ranch that comes on the Oaxaca and I guess I have to pay extra for that now?? I didn’t order extra sauce, which I would be willing to pay for. I simply asked to substitute the sauce to another one as I cannot have too much sugar. Additionally the rice was cold and chunky. Meat was dry and rubbery. Yeah definitely not coming back.

Ordered a two bowls with extra chicken for protein for both - when I got home - the chicken in both bowls were horrible. Majority of it was either fat and not chewable at all. We usually get Freshii once a week after a work out at the gym - but definitely will not be back at this location. Will take the drive to our other preferred locations.

After returning home with 2 meals, 1 was to be a gluten free allergy bowl. It had no sauce on it. My wife drove back with the receipt and bowl. The woman at the counter was willing to let her pay for a new bowl, the manager she called on the phone was just as ignorant and refused to help or let us check the ingredients for ourselves to ensure it was safe. If you can’t read the ingredients to ensure your customers are safe, and won’t let them do it themselves you are in the wrong business. Freshii in Dundas was an embarrassment and won’t see this family again.Dietary restrictions: Zero knowledge and not helpful.

I find the owner of the place very creepy. Please be mindful and do not think of your employees as your personal servent.There always just 1 girl working even doing the busiest hour of the day. I think that is overwhelming for anyone specially during this time of the year.
The tikka bowl has no favour and was very dry.When we asked for extra dressing, the server was very upset and asked for the extra money.$3.00 for 1 oz dressing, that is crazy.Never coming back.Thanks for the reply, just to clear it out my bowl was very dry with hardly any sauce and I did not asked for any extra topping , just a little sauce so I can eat my bowl with some flavour. Well don’t worry you won’t see me again as you trusted your staff over customer opinion

Very bad customer service, cashier was very rude , food was blend , when ask for sauce they charge me for it by saying she is not allowed, I guess not allowed to serve customer so they go happy.Never returning to this location , you are better off to somewhere else where are treated good and served with respect ??I wish I can rate this place zero , spend over $40 for blend food and worst customer service
