Quaint & Nostalgic with the best breakfast! The potatoes are pan fried & nice & crispy. the poached eggs ordered medium were perfect & jammy. The baked goods looked amazing - got 2 scones to go! I will be back!!

Checked out this little gem while in the area this weekend. It was busy and we gave our name to call us when a table was ready. Just under 15 minutes wait. Good was delicious. The staff were friendly and efficient. Definitely will be back when in the area.

Ordered before others sat down and got to see them eat before being served. Especially not impressive when you can see back staff watching Netflix on their phone.
When we got served the floor mat replacement person came through the front door with a bin of stinky mats. Smacked a new one on the floor and the room smelled like dirty mop water. Couldn't eat my breakfast.
Also when something says on the menu side of fruit, I was expecting more than 4 small melon pieces. I won't come back. Sad experience

I can’t speak for the other food here, but the ice cream was extremely over priced, stored in gross, soggy cardboard boxes in the cooler, and was honestly some of the most mediocre tasteless ice cream I’ve had in a long time. Not worth it at all.

Me, my gf and her sister went to eat at Jax. They were busy which is understandable but the waitress told us a half hour wait and she would call us when our table is ready. We waited for 30 mins maybe more just for her to tell us there closed! Horrible service!!!!
It's a sweets Shoppe what's not to love the girls behind the counter are super helpful and patient while you pick out your flavours of ice cream.

My husband picked up a slice of apple crumble for me from Jax sweet Shoppe. It was perfection. Everything from the buttery crumb topping to the sweet apple filling was amazing. I'm excited to try their other baked goods in the future. Definitely recommend.

Went for lunch on a Wednesday and it felt so perfect! The girls working there were all sweet. got the Belgian waffle sandwich and it was DELICIOUS! It's not spacious but it makes up for that with a homely atmosphere.
