Just left McDonald’s with my Big Mac combo and I check and it was wrong and they told me at the window my debit didn’t go through then I showed them on my phone and they gave me my meal. Horrible couldn’t even eat it and the people at drive thru don’t speak English and look like they have no idea what ur saying hence why my order was wrong. I hate McDonald’s now and I’ll never go back because this won’t stop happening. Hire Canadians not Indians. Please.

Ordered a mcchicken sandwich on my way home from work tonight. It was gross. The bun was burnt and the patty tasted like a cheap Jane’s pub chicken patty. Never again. Cost me $8

Ordered a grinch happy meal for delivery through Skip the Dishes. They didn’t send the promo socks, and then both Skip and this restaurant refused to give them to us, or even credit us. It’s $5 more for these socks … clearly they care about their customers and their hard earned money!
Don’t order here if you don’t want to get ripped off and not get any recourse.

Always love eating at Mcdonalds. Except at this location. The last 2 visits were very unsatisfactory. Ordered large fries and it was half eaten. Fries were missing and whatever fry they didn't like was spat back into my order. My next order was a coffee with 3 cream. I got it black. I spoke to the manager. She offered to give me 1 cream on the side. I told her to make it again as I paid for it. She refused to do it. Bunch of kids run this place. I won't be back.

The old lady in drive thru payment counter during morning 7-8 am needs to learn some manners , decency and way of talking. Thinks like she owns the store .
Thursday night around 6:30pm. What the hell McDonald’s? Super greasy and one of my sons patties was pieced together from two or three different patties. If I lived closer I would have drove back and demanded my money back. Horrible.

I called because they forgot half the ingredients on my order. I simply called to let them know (not to ask for a refund or replacement). The person I spoke to was so incredibly rude and abrasive on the phone. This person claimed they were the manager, I see similar reviews below and wonder if this is the same person?

In my opinion this is the worst McDonald's in Ontario. They are understaffed their overnights crew mainly. To the point of safety concerns for the employees. As well as there is consistently something missing from the order. The behaviour of management is rude and indignant. The food is sloppy and poorly handled as well improperly cooked. There is always an issue with this store and there needs to be some rectification on McDonald's head office's part! The franchisee should be ashamed of how their customers are being treated and should never work within the food industry
