Today around 3:20 PM, I had an unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s location. I stepped out of the drive-thru to use the washroom and was waiting for a staff member to buzz the door open, as required.
While waiting, I noticed staff(girl with a black hair ) looking at me and making comments to each other, which made me feel uncomfortable. One staff member eventually asked if I was waiting for an order. I calmly explained that I was waiting to be buzzed into the washroom. She responded by rolling her eyes and aggressively buzzing the door multiple times. When I said “thank you,” there was no response.
I understand that customer service can be stressful, but basic courtesy and respect should still be shown. This interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I hope management addresses staff attitude and customer service training, as experiences like this leave a very poor impression.

Ok like if ur not gona selll burgers and fries or ice cream and give me flat coke at 11pm why r u even open 24hrs is every customer u expect to come supposed to be a coffee?

During the day is alright because it's busy enough and things are fresh, but everytime I go at night I get stoned cold french fries and apparently when I ask for extra mustard that means extra ketchup , this happens every single time so now I just don't go at night anymore

This is the 4th time that they have failed to give me what I ordered. Everytime I order a baked apple pie, they either forget to put it or they purposely don’t put it. Are they taking it for themselves? Also I never get straws when I order my sodas. How difficult is it to do their job?!!!!!

I ordered through the app and when checkout didn't change the pickup method and was defaulted to counter pickup. I drive through and asked the server if they can bring to window and was told no, I have to come in to pick up Was stuck in drive through as there were other cars.

Unfortunately there's no other McDonald's close to my work except this one and I've given it way too many chances if you want a cold breakfast this is the place! Cold hashbrowns for one, I've turned around several times for this issue. The only thing I care to eat from McDonald's is breakfast and I can't even go to this location as it's a guaranteed fail.
The staff can’t work under pressure, I think you can begin by supervisor. For example: why I have waiting on drive thru with the uber driver??? Aren't they supposed to have a special system and entrance?

I just tried Mcveggie burger. It was delicious. The most interesting point is it was served fresh with smile by Harpreet and the welcoming nature of staff made the experience more enjoyable

I had the McVeggie Burger with fries and I must say, it was absolutely delicious! The burger was fresh, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor, while the fries were hot, crispy, and golden — exactly how they should be. What really made the experience even better was the excellent service. Jaldeep and Harpreet were so friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was served quickly and with a smile. It’s always a pleasure to enjoy great food with such good vibes. Highly recommend for anyone craving a tasty meal with top-notch service!
