I ordered through the app and when checkout didn't change the pickup method and was defaulted to counter pickup. I drive through and asked the server if they can bring to window and was told no, I have to come in to pick up Was stuck in drive through as there were other cars.

Unfortunately there's no other McDonald's close to my work except this one and I've given it way too many chances if you want a cold breakfast this is the place! Cold hashbrowns for one, I've turned around several times for this issue. The only thing I care to eat from McDonald's is breakfast and I can't even go to this location as it's a guaranteed fail.

The staff can’t work under pressure, I think you can begin by supervisor. For example: why I have waiting on drive thru with the uber driver??? Aren't they supposed to have a special system and entrance?

I just tried Mcveggie burger. It was delicious. The most interesting point is it was served fresh with smile by Harpreet and the welcoming nature of staff made the experience more enjoyable

I had the McVeggie Burger with fries and I must say, it was absolutely delicious! The burger was fresh, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor, while the fries were hot, crispy, and golden — exactly how they should be. What really made the experience even better was the excellent service. Jaldeep and Harpreet were so friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was served quickly and with a smile. It’s always a pleasure to enjoy great food with such good vibes. Highly recommend for anyone craving a tasty meal with top-notch service!

I’ve had McDonald my entire life and I’ve worked at McDonald’s years ago. I’ve never seen a drink that’s not filled all the way to the top. The manager explained that this is the standard to fill it to the line, what’s the point of designing such a big cup if it’s not gonna filled all the way up lol.

I came in on Sunday around 5pm with my Mom, Nephew, Niece and Grandaughter. I ordered at the screen and my Mom used my phone at the counter to use a coupon deal. As I was waiting for my order, my Grandaughter was being her typical 5 year old self, and the manager came over to say hi to her. (I'm sorry, I forget your name) You both exchanged names and i then asked about the Happy meal toys and she was so happy to get the 2 different ones. (Saved a huge fight) You made her night, and she had her bath with her new Hello Kitty / Ninga Turtle toys. Thank you for being so wonderful and taking the time to say hello to my little fire cracker ❤️

Visited McDonalds on Cootes drive earlier this afternoon. Impeccable service and advice provided by Armand. Ordered 3 cones at the counter and he advised me if i used the app on my phone I could get each for a dollar. Appreciated the hint, Armand. Also the restaurant was spotlessly cleaned and all staff were efficiently processing the orders in the restaurant, and the drive through. Keep up the good work.

The staff are amazing, so friendly and accommodating! The Manager (sorry I don’t know your name but you have long black hair and work in the morning) is always so courteous and friendly! The food is always hot and fresh! I work in Dundas one day a week and always pick up breakfast here when I do! Keep doing what your doing and be proud cause you’re the best McDonald’s I’ve been to and I live on Hamilton Mountain.

They sometimes don't operate one of the drive thru speakers for the 5 minutes up to end of breakfast, so tough luck on a McGriddle if you gamble on the wrong side on a busy Saturday morning.
