They have lamb box on special on Saturday. I ask them to give me chicken instead because I don’t eat lamb. The dude said sure, but I am going to charge you extra in the rudest way. Other locations in Burlington/Hamilton do it without any problems or charge extra. I will not be coming back here again because of the poor customer service.

I would not recommend this location to visit if you need extra sauce or something on top of it because the amount they charge for extra sauce it's not worth it here it's worth it almost all other places I paid extra for the garlic, but I don't think that was enough of it most location put that much of sauce on regular chicken on the rocks which they said it's extra.never coming back to this location.
I so sorry, I have been eating in OSMOS for past 4 years. This is not the portion you serve for a regular sizees chicken on the rocks. If anyone wants to learn how to serve people please visit Windsor location that’s on Wayandotte street. Not satisfied Hamilton.

I’ve heard a lot of people say that Osmows is only good in theory. And they’re right. The chicken has that halal hot dog taste which was really off putting and the garlic sauce tastes like ranch that’s gone off a bit. Crazy how do this whole brand is still getting business.
