Every time I come to Waterdown, I gotta make sure I come see Ali at Osmows great service great food and quick! I get the large mix chicken and beef Shawarma. Definitely, definitely recommend these guys.

Sunday night I went Osmows and ordered a shawarma but what I was not expecting was some of the best customer service i have seen! Geet was amazing, she was super friendly and super quick would definitely reccomend coming to this location if you want exceptional service!

I stopped going to Osmos a long time ago because the one in my area is very bad. Today I was looking for something different and thought to give it a try because I was craving shawarma. The guy preparing my meal was wonderful (Ali), he went above and beyond. Not only that, we chatted and he introduced me to his colleague, explaining she was his sister. He was worried she was going to miss her shift at her second job. I offered to drop her because she was on my way and he was very grateful. Ali is from Pakistan and “his sister” is from punjab, India. His care, concern, dedication and commitment to making everyone happy was a joy to witness. He made me forget all the negative things going on in this world and reminded me that positive energy is contagious. He spoke so highly of his business owner, describing her as amazing. Guys, please please please visit this lovely place and support the business. I pray that one day Ali will own his business and it will grow into something special. Ali, keep shining. You are a superstar!

We had stopped going to Osmos and today After a long time we went to this one and we are glad we visited this outlet as the Owner was very friendly and staff was very helpful. They gave our shawarma exactly the way we wanted “ Nice n toasty with lots of juicy chicken filling . Even our fries were very crispy and exactly the way I had requested . We also tried their shawarma soup which was very rich and flavorfully tasty .
