Its quaint and convenient. Lots of street parking and open extended hours . Great restaurant!I have been twice - and the waiter was so funny and kind, made the experience that much better. The first time I came for champagne and a salad, because my partner wanted mussels for his birthday, and the second time the chef made a custom vegan dish for myself. It’s so incredible that they are willing to accommodate so I can accompany other people to the restaurant.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options upon request a few days before reservation

Wow how nice was this to go out for a meal and feel like every cent you spent was worth it. It's been a while since I've had that feeling! This place is a gem. We went for lunch and it was busy so we were up at the front counter facing the street. Made it tough for our server to weave up to us but he did his best! I had the arctic char and my friend had the fish and chips. We LOVED both. I mean the arctic char was a work of art. I can't wait to go back - the special was salmon and salad and from what I could see it was a healthy portion of fish and our neighbouring table commented on how tasty it was. Next time oysters - and chowder - and - well I want to try it all!

A new favourite. Fantastic spot for seafood with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Every dish we tried was better than the last. Extensive oyster variety with add-ons. I'd recommend trying a couple appetizers and mains. There's so much good here.Their menu has a great mix of familiar and unique culinary dishes -- great for foodies and picky eaters alike. Tons of influence from the East coast/Maritimes.Favourite dishes: Crispy fried smelts, arctic char, and osysters.Making a reservation as a couple was a bit confusing, since they only take reservations for 5+ groups. Despite that they recommend calling to be put on waitlist and specify a time you're interested in. We were able to get in by calling about an hour ahead for an early dinner on a Saturday.After dining, check out their fish market in the back with a premium selection of fresh/frozen fish, oysters, and imported pantry goods. A free lemon with every purchase (genius.)

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would! The meal, service, and everything was outstanding! My boyfriend and I came here for lunch on a Sunday and had the fish and chips, and daily special. We mutually agreed that this was one of the best meals we ever had and definitely will be coming back. The service was also amazing (haven’t experienced this good of service in a LONG time). I can’t say enough good things about Pinbones! I also have dietary restrictions (wheat and dairy allergy) and not only were they VERY accommodating, the food was beyond exceptional! I definitely recommend Pinbones Fish Market as your next dine in experience!Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to wheat and dairy and ordered the daily feature. It was outstanding. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. The service was 10/10 and they were very accommodating to my dietary restrictions. My boyfriend, who also ordered the fish and chips that is gluten free (he has no dietary restrictions), said it was the best fish and chips that he ever had. Definitely recommend.

We had an amazing experience here last night. It was our first time and won't be our last. The quality of the food was amazing. The ambience of the space was wonderful and our server Crawford was one of the best servers I've had in a long time. Fantastic character, well knowledged and incredibly professional. Dundas is lucky to have this little gem.
