I recently tried this pizza and was impressed! The crust was baked to a perfect golden brown—crispy on the outside yet soft inside. I made an online order for a basic pizza. After the wait time was well in excess of an hour, I called in. With zero information or any communication, I cancelled my order. Later, I called in again to confirm a cancellation or confirmation of my order. Email said it was on its way. After another phone call, it wasn’t on its way, nor was it ever. Stay home and make dinner yourself!

I was at the Raptors vs Heat game on Sunday the Dec 1st and was told if they hit 100 pts. Show your ticket the next day at the store to redeem slice.
Upon going to the store, your associates didn't know how the promo works at the 49 King St E Dundas location. The manager showed up and was almost as useless as he couldn't find anything and told me I had to get a QR code at the game. TheRaptors did not make any mention of this during the game.
Seems like you guys just want to draw people in thinking they're getting a free slice and have them buy something else.
This is why Pizza Pizza is now and always will be my last choice when thinking of pizza.
Keep up the good work fooling the public.

*EDIT* You obviously did not read the comments. The service was no where close to meeting my expectations and was no where close to being exceptional. After your reply, this is why I am changing the score. As i said above that the staff needs training in customer service and listening. They gave the wrong drink to me, but I did not notice until I had it open so I couldn't get it exchanged. Second, only moments later a older lady came in and had to say "Can I not order pizza? This is a pizza place right?" I could hear the male's response you want to order pizza? This was, to me at least, very rude of that individual. I don't know who it was, but it wasn't an example of good customer service.

Reason for the 3 stars on atmosphere is just because most of the days we come here is very hot inside. But besides that it is great!
I thought calling my bank was frustrating but ordering from pizza pizza takes the cake.

My opinion this is the Best pizza in Dundas. Staff are great and the owner is an absolutely wonderful man. Very clean store. I get our pizza every Friday there. I go in and order. Never have to wait very long. We have never been disappointed.
