Delivery tonight from Dundas PizzaPizza to Dundas, a 10 minute drive away. Pizza took ONE hour to arrive, and was cold, and bent on one side of the pizza as if it had been smashed up against something OR dropped maybe??? Usually happy with these guys BUT NOT TONIGHT,

Second time ordering and receiving the email confirmation and then getting a call saying the store doesn't deliver. Dundas isn't huge by any means. We always received orders before these two incidents so don't know what the issue is. We are literally 1.6kms from store. After being on hold from over 10mins we now will be ordering from somewhere else. Shame because they had the best delivery guys and they're the reason for the stars.

The worst pizza i had it in a while is from this store they really don’t know how to make pizza they even forgot to put toppings on the pizza which is the smallest thing they have to add on pizza they just basically give you a burnt dough to eat. My advice to all the pizza lovers would be don’t eat or order food from here.

What the heck is with the employees . Without exaggeration ! The staff is consistently rude and the way they handle your food ! Stay home please so other peeps can have the job what the he??
Placed an order for delivery for the big PLANT BASED box for my vegan non meat eating friends, and some regular pizzas for the rest of our group. After a bite or two into their plant based nuggets we feared they may have messed up and gave us real chicken, so we called the restaurant to confirm if they gave us the right nuggets and they reassured us it is plant based. So our vegans ate someMore and it became very clear these were actually REAL CHICKEN. We even drove to the restaurant with the chicken in hand to show them and they then confirmed they were wrong and lied about it and blamed it on a new employee, they said they wouldn’t give us our money back for the meal becasue they can’t do refunds at their restaurant (sounds ridiculous after our experience) and they told us to call head office which we did and then head office yelled at us on the phone and refused to give us a refund because we had other non vegan pizzas on the bill… while our 15 year ling vegans were forced to eat meat for the first time in years over their gigantic mistake. They only made the experience worse with every step we made to make it better. If you have any dietary restrictions stay far away from this location and or pizza pizza in general as their head office will not assist you if anything goes wrong. Such a disappointment

Ordered the plant based combo box. They put real chicken in it.Refused to refund and made my friends sick. Head office called to tell us they won’t do anything about it. Not even refund the PLANT BASED combo box that was served with chicken.Messed up. Wouldn’t trust them for any allergies or dietary restrictions.Vegetarian options: The fryer oil is all the same oil.Dietary restrictions: Suck for dietary restrictions. Served meat labelled as plant based.
