Chicken looked stale. The thigh piece wasn't cleaned well and a lot of blood. The men's washroom was disgusting. And they charge for water.

I had a terrible experience at this Popeyes not only was the food greasy, stale, and poorly prepared, but one staff member named Sukh behaved in an uncomfortably inappropriate way towards me and my friend. Instead of focusing on serving customers professionally, he made suggestive comments, maintained overly personal eye contact, and acted in a manner that felt more like harassment than customer service. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable in any workplace, let alone a restaurant where customers expect a safe and respectful environment. Management needs to address both the poor food quality and the lack of professionalism from staff immediately.
