Consistently the worst Starbucks I’ve been to in terms of service. Lived in the neighbourhood 4+ years and we have yet to receive orders promptly, even when using the app. The fact they’re the only location in town must be the only reason this place operates. Save your money and go to Detour or Domestique.

Shout-out to Jess and the team at Starbucks for absolutely crushing it during the Cactus Festival! Despite the crazy Saturday rush, they were incredibly organized, kept the line moving fast, and stayed friendly and upbeat the whole time. Communication was clear and service was quick – total pros.

Best starbux in Dundas! Sam made perfect coffees for my buddy and me and explained what happened to the Java chip frap (no longer on the menu - a sordid history). She got me a water as well because I was also thirsty for water. Thanks Sam 😄

I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks, thanks to the exceptional service from Sam. I had a bit of an accident that resulted in a spill, and not only was the mess cleaned up quickly, but it was done with genuine kindness and understanding. Sam went above and beyond—not only making sure I was okay but also insisting on replacing my order without hesitation. It’s rare to encounter that level of care and customer service. Thank you, Sam, for turning an awkward moment into a reminder of how great people can be!

Today, my 80-year-old disabled mother went there while my dad was at an appointment. She had her 6 lb poodle with her, an emotional support dog.

A Starbucks employee told her she couldn’t stay inside with the dog. My mom showed her doctor’s paperwork, her license, and the dog’s emotional support bandana, but the worker still refused, saying, “It has to be a service dog, not an emotional support dog.”

My mom explained that her husband had dropped her off and asked, “What am I supposed to do, stand outside in the cold even after showing you proof?” The employee simply said, “Yes, you’ll have to wait outside.” There were no outdoor seats, and the wind was freezing.

She called me in tears, shivering outside Starbucks.

I reached out to Starbucks’ head office, and they confirmed the employee was wrong—emotional support dogs are allowed. They assured me they would address the situation, but that doesn’t change the fact that my mom was left out in the cold.

I am a regular at this starbucks location. I love coming here, but I don't know if I can continue to come here happily. Today, I was enjoying a coffee by the window, and the barista passing out samples offered one to everyone except me. To make matters worse, I was the natural next person after the couple beside me, but the barista went all the way over to the other side of the establishment. Starbucks - please fix your mistake. I understand that samples are not guaranteed, but this was personal, and I am devastated. Not coming back soon.

I told the employee taking my order that it’s my birthday so they scanned the QR code on app so I could redeem my stars on the app and apparently it dident go through via the employee so she told her coworker and they asked when I downloaded the app and put my birthday into the app and I said I downloaded it over a year ago and put my birthday in when I downloaded the app aswell. They never ended up giving me the free drink for my birthday that I was suppose to get. So then I had to pay for that drink which was so wrong. Secondly they got the drink I ordered wrong the drink I was suppose to get for free (iced oat gingerbread chai) was hot when I got it. I told another girl working there that It was suppose to be iced. Then I heard them shit talking that it was iced meanwhile that’s their job to serve people what they want. Very disappointed.
