I am a regular at this starbucks location. I love coming here, but I don't know if I can continue to come here happily. Today, I was enjoying a coffee by the window, and the barista passing out samples offered one to everyone except me. To make matters worse, I was the natural next person after the couple beside me, but the barista went all the way over to the other side of the establishment. Starbucks - please fix your mistake. I understand that samples are not guaranteed, but this was personal, and I am devastated. Not coming back soon.

I told the employee taking my order that it’s my birthday so they scanned the QR code on app so I could redeem my stars on the app and apparently it dident go through via the employee so she told her coworker and they asked when I downloaded the app and put my birthday into the app and I said I downloaded it over a year ago and put my birthday in when I downloaded the app aswell. They never ended up giving me the free drink for my birthday that I was suppose to get. So then I had to pay for that drink which was so wrong. Secondly they got the drink I ordered wrong the drink I was suppose to get for free (iced oat gingerbread chai) was hot when I got it. I told another girl working there that It was suppose to be iced. Then I heard them shit talking that it was iced meanwhile that’s their job to serve people what they want. Very disappointed.

Staff here rock! Stopped in a few times during the Cactus Festival weekend and they were quick despite the increased traffic, and the place was kept nice and clean! Not normally a Starbucks guy, but will be sure to pop in again when I'm next in Dundas!

I don't know if it's typical of Starbucks but they don't butter your bagle and they give you frozen butter to spread on, so be prepared. lol And it always smells like garbage when you walk in.

Drink was good! Atmosphere not superb but still a good spot for a quick chat/coffee.
It so sweet that this is one of the few Starbucks that opens late…and service was good from the first time I visited…but they kinda have a fruit fly infestation going on. It would be great if they could do something about it. The flies are snacking on the leftover food (there were about 20 of them) on display and it really is quite disgusting to think where else they could be going. It’s just not a nice view while ordering my food.
