Last straw with this place. Ordered online..app is crappy..was just spinning when order submitted..still spinning but got email order received. Said order ready in 15min..I got there in 25 min..
They hadn't even started the subs. Owner was there..inasked why so long? Why order online if it takes 30 min to get 2 subs via online order. He shrugged shoulders. No care towards the customer. Last visit to Subway. Firehouse Subs will have my business.

Worst experience ever! , i entered store was all alone standing there for a while! No one attended , employee was standing in front , still didn't address anything !I had worst costumer service ever ! I would recommend to go to other subways near by rather than this location i will give -1 star !

Dave was wonderful, I don’t think I’ve had a subway sandwich made so well before. My husband and I enjoyed every bite of our subs. He took his time to make sure everything was placed equally so that you had a taste of everything in every bite. This kid deserves a raise for taking pride in his job.

I visited this Subway location with my friends on July 29, 2025, around 7:50 PM. There was a girl a indian girl working at the counter. When I first said “How are you?” to her, she ignored my greeting. I proceeded to order a regular bread, and she started mocking everything we said, turning it into a joke.

When she asked what cheese I wanted, I couldn’t remember the name, so I said, “normal cheese.” She then sarcastically responded and said something like, “Looks like your English has ended, let’s switch to Punjabi now.” She continued mocking us by saying things like, “I was just watching how long you could speak English,” implying that we couldn’t handle a full conversation in English.

This was extremely disrespectful and discouraging. We are new immigrants in Canada, trying to improve our English and adapt to a new environment. Instead of being patient or professional, the employee made fun of our language skills and tried to humiliate us.

This experience completely ruined our visit. It was the first time we tried ordering in English and instead of support, we were mocked and insulted. Because of this behavior, we have decided never to return to this location again. It was our first and last visit.

I hope Subway takes appropriate action and ensures that employees treat every customer with respect, regardless of their language proficiency.

There was hair in my sandwich and she tried to hide it from me, The sandwich was almost empty, very few ingredients in it, after paying $16 for a sandwich I had to go to another restaurant to buy more food. Very disappointed with the service i got

This location wants to sace money by putting less level ingredients. And there is no cheese in my 3 sandwiches and bread also not fresh it tasted like yesterdays. Manager is very unprofessional and rude. Never going to visit here. Better to go to other locations if you want for what you are paying.

We ordered three veggie delight subs and it didnt have enough spinach , olives , and sauces. Some of the vegetables were also missing in some of the subs because instructions were incorrectly followed. It was like we were eating bread. We paid full amount and they made it like they are giving them for free.

girl behind the counter was rude and not listening at all. took our food to the back and wrapped it in saran wrap ??????? also all the veggies were super stale (way more than you usually get at subway)

Aditya ( Ad ) , the young man at Osler Dr. University Plaza location , made me an excellent sub !
I tend to go to York Rd. a lot more often than this location but with the exceptional service from Ad and the way he made my sub I would definitely want to frequent this place more often if he is working.
I was so happy with his service that I asked for his name so I could include it in my review.
