This location wants to sace money by putting less level ingredients. And there is no cheese in my 3 sandwiches and bread also not fresh it tasted like yesterdays. Manager is very unprofessional and rude. Never going to visit here. Better to go to other locations if you want for what you are paying.

We ordered three veggie delight subs and it didnt have enough spinach , olives , and sauces. Some of the vegetables were also missing in some of the subs because instructions were incorrectly followed. It was like we were eating bread. We paid full amount and they made it like they are giving them for free.

girl behind the counter was rude and not listening at all. took our food to the back and wrapped it in saran wrap ??????? also all the veggies were super stale (way more than you usually get at subway)

Aditya ( Ad ) , the young man at Osler Dr. University Plaza location , made me an excellent sub ! I tend to go to York Rd. a lot more often than this location but with the exceptional service from Ad and the way he made my sub I would definitely want to frequent this place more often if he is working. I was so happy with his service that I asked for his name so I could include it in my review.

Vegetarian options: I just had a really bad experience at a restaurant I really like but have never reviewed before.
The meat was full of gristle and my partner found a hair in his food. We did not finish our meals. Subway has gone downhill.

Worst cookies I have ate today! Cookies are not fresh. I asked multiple time that is it freshly made or not. They confirmed it’s freshly made. It tastes little bit bitter in afterwords.Literally I had to throw it away as it was not fresh at all!Must be Atleast 4-5 days old.I asked employee to write the date on box for Bake On section. He denied.I do not recommend to buy from here.

I had bought the cookies form subway on jan19 2024.Firstly we didn't ask to deduct the points and it was redeemed without asking.And when I told them we didn't wanted to the staff was like we cannot anything about it and he talk with owner and owner had same answer.Apart from them, cookies doesn't seems to be fresh, I can tell the difference as I always buy cookies from subway.Not very good experience with the store.There is other subway near by this area and I would advise anyone reading review go opposite to macmaster subway, but not here.
