Subway really said “cost-cutting era” and meant it. The bread was hard and stale — like it had already lived a full life before reaching my sandwich. Vegetables and sauces? Technically present, but only if you squint. Portions were so thin they were basically a suggestion, not an ingredient.

Taste was completely off, like quality control took the day off. No quality, no taste, no value.

This isn’t a sandwich experience, it’s a warning. Not recommended.

Staff is always fantastic and the subs are always built to perfection at this location!!! The gentleman working the register (I believe is the owner) was very personable and was polite calm when dealing with what I think was a technical issue.

I am sure other Subways are good as well but this location has always been “over the top”

This subway has come far since I've lived in Dundas
The food is fresh, the place is clean, they do a great job at being quick and accommodating. [I sometimes get my kids lunches there for school and everything is bagged nice trust it makes a diff] great staff very impressed every time !

Ordered 3 subs via app. One was a 6 inch veggie sub. Had no cucumbers or tomato (i confirmed it was on my order). Barely any green pepper...mainly lettuce and onion. This is the second bad experience here in 2 months. The University plaza location has been better. Subway has faltered over the last several years with skimpy servings (at most locations) and increased prices. Need a Firehouse subs in Dundas.

Just had a sandwich made by the owner... I basically just paid 10 bucks for meat on bread. Veggies cost you next to nothing, and I ordered 5 different veggies on my sub. Why is my sub pretty well flat? Lol

I ordered through the mobile app and when I arrived at the designated time, my order wasn’t ready. I then had to wait for my order while they prepared subs for the people in line. While waiting I observed 6/8 tables needed to be wiped down.

I initially asked if I could use an online deal (6INCH199) in-store, since the app wasn’t working for some reason. I even showed the offer to a staff member, and she confirmed it could be applied in-store, so I placed my order based on that. But at checkout, the deal wouldn’t go through. When I said I didn’t want to proceed without the offer, the same employee became visibly annoyed and even started shouting at me instead of helping. Thankfully, another staff member knew how to override the system and apply the deal properly. If it weren’t for her, the experience would have been a total disaster. Very disappointed by the first employee’s attitude and complete lack of customer service skills.

The elderly guy at the store has no sense of making a sandwich! I went with my friends and all we wanted was extra toppings and sauces. We would even pay for extra but he just never likes to add anything on the sandwich. Barely 2-3 olives, 2-3 leaves of lettuce, 1 or 2 onion slices. Forget about the sauces. He gives a look as if we are stealing his stuff on a gunpoint. Cheap behaviour

The owner (elderly guy) is miserable and cheap. He doesn’t understand the meaning of extra and gives weird kind of look when you asked for something more.

But the other staff are quite generous and friendly.

Rating 1 star just cause of the owner.

Food is good, but I paid over $2 for bacon on a pizza melt. They added 2 paper thin slices. Not recognizable on the sub (I searched and finally found them) , nor able to taste them. They need to up their game if they want to charge that much for additions.
