You start your day, be it on a road trip or a drive to work or any other place and you drop by at this place hoping to get good service and food...time and again the customer service has been on the low..Rude person on the phone taking the order and at the window.please be kind and smile.we all have jobs to do and you ladies are not making my day..at least don’t be rude..not coming back here..

I come to this Tim Hortons often on my way home from work around 8pm. Every single time I use drive thru. I just want to PRAISE the young staff that work the window. I have had a young man and women and both were beyond friendly, got my order correct and most importantly started a conversation with me at the window. Connection these days are lost and I really appreciated the small chit chat. It was this little gesture that made day. Great job guys! ❤️

I walked into the tims, it was empty on the inside... nobody at the front sales till I waited 6 minutes before being served, and an additional 14 minutes to get the order. Staff are have no drive - typically this is a phenomenal location I frequent although today I was disappointed. My order was wrong that paired with the absurd wait, and the incompetence of one of the staff in taking my order in a empty restaurant lead me to write this.

Had the best experience today. It was such a pleasure to have the service I had today. The young gentleman at the window was so polite and always had a smile on his face. The order taker was also very nice. The food was very good and hot. I can not say anything bad about my visit today. I will be back for sure
