Waited over 5 minutes for my order to be taken in the drive thru, so I just left. As I turned the corner, there was only one car waiting at the window. No long line.. unacceptable

Had a simple order tonight through the drive thru. Ordered a poutine with a meal. The person on the mic repeated it back to me, and didn’t make it. Then to rectify the issue they wanted me to pay again. Never going back to this location. Avoid it at all cost.

I thought Main West Wendy’s was bad lol

Worst lunch ever! Lettuce was dirty on my burger. Pop was disgusting. Burger was ok and service was ok.

Not sure why theres a bunch of 1stars, I went around 4 on a Wednesday and it was possibly the best Wendy's I've ever had, reminded me of how it used to taste when I was a kid. Very clean inside and extremely nice staff.

I would rather go hungry than ever try and eat from this dump. Most dysfunctional restaurant I've been unfortunate enough to visit. painfully slow. not even busy and they just look at you from the back like they are zoo animals in a pen. Don't take your order they just stand there like deer in headlights looking foolish. Half the line walked over to tims instead. The quality of food is awful. The food appears to have been prepared by chimpanzees. there were more toppings outside of my wraps than in them. Such a lack of effort and quality its pitiful. Restaurant is dirty tables and floors etc. covered in weeks old grime. New ownership or management has run this joint into the ground and is a terrible disappointment. don't waste your time or money here.

Came through drive-thru and ordered a couple chicken wraps as well as a chicken sandwich. We were told we had to wait for chicken which wasn’t a problem but when we finally got our food the chicken piece on the wraps were non existent maybe at best there was a bite of chicken. It was basically pita, lettuce and the chicken sandwich maybe had a small slice of tomato… super disappointed as I have always liked coming to Wendy’s and probably won’t be coming back if this goes on

This store needs some serious intervention. Staff closes insider early at 7pm which is brutal considering their hours and they share space with tims and they don't do that. I wanted a very long time for my food, everyone seemed really disorganized. Manager is helping a staffer clock in for his "unpaid" break.I couldn't help wonder why we bother tollerating these corporate food stuffs and they can't even pay the workers for their 15s?Still closes early. Really annoying

Went to the drive through and made sure to ask for no onions and no pickles in the 2 burgers. When I got home both contained pickles and onions and I was missing an item. Called the store the manager was great took my information and said the entire order would be compensated next time I go in. A week and a half later went back and another person was there claiming the manager only put one burger on credit. They ended up doing the whole meal which was appreciated. I just think better communication and attention to detail needs some work. I get it most of the staff are teens. I’m just glad that they did do their best to rectify the situation
