Stood at the counter for 6 mins (around 3:30 was not that busy) while staff ran around to serve the drive thru and we left they didn’t even acknowledge that we were there or say I’ll be right there. Very rude staff

I work in Cambridge and live in Hamilton so this Wendy’s is right before you have to deal with traffic at the end of the hwy 6 to the 403 so I always stop here about 3 times a week for the last 4 years to get the chicken wrap duo combo, the service is always good but I find the chicken wraps are just getting smaller and smaller where it’s come to the point it’s not worth the price any more it’s mostly lettuce and tortilla with a sprinkle of cheese and 4 small squares of chicken it’s always been my go to but I find when I go to other Wendy’s the chicken is basically falling out of the wrap and for 12.39 you’d hope two wraps would fill you but it doesn’t come close and going threw other peoples reviews it’s not the first time someone complained about hoe little chicken you get

Take out order. Ordered 2 baconaters & 2 fries. Got home & only received 1 baconater. Called the manager & was told I could come back & get another baconater. When I got there a woman rudely said she couldn't understand what I said..when I explained what had happened again..she went to get the burger & said here no apology just here! & quickly closed the window!! Very rude service

Can't listen to English I said I wanted a number 8 but then she said a number 3 so I corrected her then I go up to the window and she says nothing and pushs the card reader at me without say the price or nothing then I check my food 5mins later on the road and i only got 4/5 of my chicken strips no fries with my combo and my drink was 75% lce Will NEVER CONE BACK

I had a very large order in the drive thru and I didn’t receive one of my items. I went inside and waited in line for a minute. The staff were amazing! They knew right away and within a minute I had the item and it was fresh! I was so grateful to get the service that I did. I have immense respect for all people who work in food services. It is one of the hardest jobs out there. A huge thank you to the team for their amazing service. A special thank you to the employee at the front counter and to the employee who was expediting the food! You guys are awesome!

visited this Wendy’s in Waterdown on 14 August 2025 at around 9:30 AM and saw the Large Frosty listed as $0.99 on both menu boards. I ordered based on that price, but when I went to pay, they charged the regular higher price.
When I pointed out the displayed price, the manager admitted it was wrong and said they would “give it to me for $0.99 next time.” I asked for it to be honored right then, since it was shown at the time of my order, and he completely ignored me.
Poor customer service, and very unprofessional to refuse to honor the price they advertise to customers. If you make a mistake, own it and make it right — don’t brush customers off.

They messed up my entire order. Charged me for large fries but gave me small. Gave me a cheese burger charged me for a baconater. I went back and the manager was so so rude. No apologies, after I drive home and back!!! She was annoyed. Disgusting customer service. She should never be a manager. We will never eat here again with that attitude.

Every single time my wife brings home food from this location, the entire order is wrong. It has been over 5 times I've spent like 50 dollars on food I didn't want. What a joke.
