The lady at the counter decided it was a good idea to grab a handful of onion rings with her bare hands and stuff them into another’s order. Pretty raunchy

A&w was offering free kids meals on Halloween, I waited an hour inside of the restaurant for two free kids meals, but if I were to go through drive-thru I would have been served 45 minutes prior. The fact that they prioritize drive-thru over the inside customers with a bunch of screaming kids is ridiculous. With osteoporosis it was incredibly uncomfortable standing there for an hour on a concrete floor. As someone who used to work at a McDonald's during the tigercat games when it was incredibly busy almost like pictured, we didn't prioritize drive-thru and had all staff on floor until crowd was gone.

Food seems to be slapped together and not nearly prepared. Staff don't seem super friendly.
Food was amazing and very fresh. This location is probably one of the best I've ever been to. Thanks for the great service. Staff deserve a pat on the back
