Excessive wait times and they will still frequently miss items that your ordered (e.g. order a chicken strip box meal and they will forget to include the chicken strips in the box).

So so SO greasy!🤢 Called to complain and was offered another bucket for free, but when we gathered the courage to give them another chance, they refused.
Not to mention, we were completely ignored when we walked in. Not even a glance up. Waited several minutes just to be acknowledged.
Every employee claimed to be the manager while also saying they were only there for a month. Obviously bad management here!
Dunnville used to be our favorite KFC, but now it's at greasy as the rest. We will NEVER be going here again.

Literally just left here and the fries are ice cold , how disgusting also ordered a spicy chicken wrap there’s nothing in it all sauce no lettuce no tomato it’s more like a shorty snack wrap waste of money by far the worst kfc I’ve ever had

The store smells like a moldy basement, the staff are totally incompetent and the food was terrible even by KFC standards.

NO CHICKEN! Had to wait for them to cook chicken because they forgot to cook the chicken. Which is understandable considering the word chicken is written all around them but hey who am I to judge. I’d recommend going to the farm picking out your own chicken, kill it, clean it and cook it yourself and it would still be faster. Probably taste better to and not dripping with grease.
