I picked up a tea on the way into work at the Caledonia location. When I was almost to Dunnville I noticed it was a coffee and not a tea. I decided to stop at the McDonald’s in Dunnville to ask for what I ordered instead. I have done this many times with both McDonald’s and Tim Hortons with no issues. The girl at the counter said I would have to buy a new one as it was not from their location and it’s a different owner. I asked if this was a new policy and she gave me a dirty look and said no. Customer service is a 0. Dunnville location, 7:55am December 16, 2024.

Came in around 5:45pm and Ordered a Grilled Bacon Deluxe and got this mess. Some sort of meat patty instead of grilled chicken and mushed tomatoes. And the rest of my order was wrong too

Your weekend staff can't brew coffee properly. Came in for my reward coffee around 930 and it tastes old or burnt. Overall barely drinkable. Isn't the first time. Your weekday girls do a great job. Pam never screws up my coffee. Avoid this place on weekends. Staff unpleasant (except one great smile at the second booth from a regular staff member) hint put someone that wants to smile in the first booth. Overall disappointment. Want my reward back.

Waited 20 min in the drivethru for the lazy window person to rail me n make me wait another 20 minutes for chicken nuggets this is why you will forever work at a mcdonalds
I visited to McDonald’s today, I find the customer service is really good. I asked her name I think it might be simran if I don’t forget, she is really helpful because I find difficulty to decided. She is so polite, even the quality of food is really good. I enjoyed my food.

how come everytime i come here and order a nugget happy meal, the works forget the sauce. no one orders nuggets with no sauce so how is it that hard to forget. and it happens every single time i come here. please fix this, it’s embarrassing as an establishment and extremely frustrating as a customer.

We were from out of town on a fishing charter in Port Maitland and stopped for a late supper around 7pm at this McDonalds in Dunnville. Never been before and probably wouldn't be back! As we approached the doors it looked so dirty like days and days of customers handprints, food smeared etc. When we were inside the pop and ketchup area was filthy , overflowing garbage, lids everywhere as well as ketchup. For a small location we looked for a seat and found a few clean and the rest needed to be wiped down. I'm actually surprised we stayed but we were hungry from fishing . Usually a sign if the dining area is dirty makes you wonder how the kitchen area is kept that you can't see!! The young girl was more then helpful and friendly at the cash. When we got our food and sat up at the high tables, the food itself wasn't too bad. After about 10 mins I noticed the music was songs I couldn't understand? Listening closer my family thought it was rap but it was Indian music. I was kinda surprised as most of the staff were not Indian as well as the customers The young manager was Indian. This is the first time in my life I have ever heard Indian music being played in a McDonalds honestly. The manager came over , didn't say a whole lot but said he just put that music on. The gentleman sitting next to us said no you didn't that's its been playing for customers for a while. He said he knows Drew the owner from the East Coast Canada and would also let him know? I think you need to improve the cleanliness of this location especially for the regulars. I can understand busy times but this was a Monday at 7pm.

I came here with my boyfriend and he got the big arch burger, he asked for no vegetables and less sauce and we got a burger with vegetables. We went through again and told them the problem nicely, they took the burger and made us a new one and this burger had no veg. But when we went to eat in the parking lot, he opened it and the burger was literally falling apart because of how much sauce there was. This isn’t the first time we’ve had this problem here, and we won’t be coming back. They confirmed with us twice that we wanted less sauce, yet he couldn’t even hold it because it was drowned. Not worth the time or money.
