One of the automated order screens was out of commission. For my taste, there was too much salt on the French fries. Apart from that, everything was great.

Drove thru the drive thru and ordered 2 mcflurries. 1 was strawberry cheesecake and the other was oreo. Had to tell the lady 4 times...and she rang in 1 oreo cheesecake. Never even heard of that lol. We couldn't get her to understand!! When we got to the window hoping to get some help..the manager was waving her finger and threatening not to serve us for raising our voices to the cashier. We thought she couldn't hear us after saying our order 4 times lol. Not a good manager at all. I've never seen such an unprofessional manager!!!

Such great customer service and kindness this morning from staff and management this morning. I had placed my order and by the time I got to the window their machines had gone down. My newborn was crying and toddler chatting all while trying to re order, staff were so kind and were able to fulfill my order quickly even though their machines were down. Much appreciated, made my morning!

I picked up a tea on the way into work at the Caledonia location. When I was almost to Dunnville I noticed it was a coffee and not a tea. I decided to stop at the McDonald’s in Dunnville to ask for what I ordered instead. I have done this many times with both McDonald’s and Tim Hortons with no issues. The girl at the counter said I would have to buy a new one as it was not from their location and it’s a different owner. I asked if this was a new policy and she gave me a dirty look and said no. Customer service is a 0. Dunnville location, 7:55am December 16, 2024.
