I got a biscof ice cap and I drink about 3/4 of it, I took out the straw to lick off the whip cream and I see a piece of hair, at first I thought it was mine but I don’t have facial hair nor short hair. I was absolutely disgusted. I was about to throw up. I asked the staff for a refund and they said no because I drank most of the drink. I am very disappointed.

Always rude, not adding right Ingredients to drinks because is was last minute add ons at the window all they cared about was there drive time definitely a 0 star customer service is a big part of this job!
I had one of the worst experiences at this Tim Hortons location. I asked the employee for a fresh tea, but he gave me old, stale tea instead. When I politely asked him to change it, he started arguing and even abused me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. No customer deserves to be treated this way. Tim Hortons should take strict action against such staff members — they are ruining the brand’s reputation. I will definitely be rethinking my visits to this location until something is done about it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We came on Monday at around 3:00 a.m., and the old lady at the drive-thru was extremely rude. She clearly didn’t know how to speak to customers. She made the wrong order and even cursed at us for coming to order at that time. That’s completely unacceptable! If you can’t handle working that shift properly, I strongly recommend hiring staff who can treat customers with respect and do their job right. And I still don’t understand why you’re keeping her even after receiving so many negative reviews, it really shows how little the management cares about customer experience
Lost 20 minutes of my day for 2 coffees and an egg bite. The senior lady making coffee should not have been doing it. She spent more time reading screen than pouring coffee. Way way too slow. Coffee pick up at one window food at another and when someone yelled egg bites I didn’t know if it was to another staff member or me. Well it was to me and I found the pickup around the counter, to which I was greeted with “I’ve called you twice”. Well a little more customer communication as to what to expect would have been helpful.
Bottom line. Don’t go to this location.

The lady make order is very rude , m Truck driver all the time stop here i didn’t experience before same like that, i just ask my order to confirm this is mine she said very rudly thats why i said but m not listening thats why i confirm, but today very disappointed, its early morning if someone treat you very bad in customer services, very disrespectful 👎🏻

the lady who is taking order was very rude. i have to repeat myself 10 times . Also i said i want triple triple with 3 milk .she replied i know meaning of triple triples. she needs to be polite bcz everryone wants good start in the morning not like that .
