Beyond terrible service. Diane, the order-taker, was astonishingly rude, and it really felt like her frustration with the broken espresso machine was being aimed squarely at customers. The behavior was so unprofessional it made for my absolute worst experience at a Tim Hortons, raising serious questions about how customers are treated.

Came in the other day to order some food it took 20 minutes to get a chicken wrap, while I was waiting for the food I over heard some of the staff talking about how they work 8 hours or more and only get 2 15 minute breaks each shift… pretty sure that’s illegal for such a long shift, also over heard come of them make a racist remark about a coloured man at the counter and how he has a certain type of body feature… all while a black employee was standing beside her. Defiantly not a good place to be to work and from what it looked like there was no management on the floor, do not come to this Tim hortons unless you want to wait forever for food and have rude service be given to you.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. The man at the order counter was extremely rude and talkative in an unprofessional way. His behavior came across as racist, and I felt disrespected and unwelcome throughout the interaction. No customer should ever be treated this way. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning to this location.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Terrible service, poorly managed, badly organized. Constantly make mistakes. Out of 10 visits more than 7 will have errors with the order. Not to mention you might wait 15 minutes insides for a coffee. Waited 20 minutes for an ice cap and iced coffee this morning.

Driving from ottaw to Montreal stopped here Ice cap tasted great (not all tims make it properly) Food was just as i asked Staff was super friendly and fast Thanks!
The young man who served me at the counter was so nice. Very happy, very sweet and just a really nice kid. He has better customer service skills then many people his age and much older.
