They reduced the portion of toppins so you have to pay extra to get a bit more, they used to put a lot more,don't know if they change owner, I ordered steak and cheese sub and I thought it was a joke when saw the amount of meat the put.

We were four people and ordered Veggie pattie sandwich and it was so nice.The lady gave us so good recommendations about the sauces and veggies.You must try atleast once. Also the nature was so good for their customers. They have recently open the subway franchise in Arthur Town which is on the way to Tobermory.

Vegetarian options: They have good options in vegeterian sub sandwiches. You must try them once if you head to the Arthur.

Not very impressed. Was asking the employee if he could help me with the app considering I would save $15 for 3 subs by doing an online order. He told me he has never used the app and as no idea how to use it so I will have to do it another time. So my $24.99 order turned into $39. I don’t think that is fair to push the app on people and not have employees trained on how to use it. Completely unacceptable in my opinion.

Worst subway I’ve ever used. I live near it and like the online order feature so it’s easier to pickup with my kids. Issue is, it’s only ever been on time ONCE. Tonight it said it would be ready, I had to ask the man making subs 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and it wasn’t even started. Get home with them, they’re WRONG. Staff is such a disappointment at this location.

This subway is under new management and they make the best subs! The staff are all incredibly friendly, the bread is perfectly fresh every time, the veggies are all fresh and nicely displayed, the store is clean. I absolutely recommend everyone try a sub here! Much better quality than it has been in the past!

Kids sub we got was supposed to be 4 inches but was more like 2 and the fruit pouch they gave as a side was expired.

Sept 25 5:20pm. Best sub I have had from any Subway ever!! These two employees ROCK. They were friendly and professional and made sure I had everything I wanted. Their ingredients were fresh and not cross contaminated and they were cleaning as they went. Great staff!!!!
