Staff is great, I’m always greeted with a smile and if theres ever a small mistake (which is rare, but when things get busy things happen) its always corrected immediately. But the way they’re managed is horrible. As someone who visits regularly, I’ve seen the same people working every weekend this summer, they’re being scheduled like they don’t have lives. Then, I’ll see someone working nights and then mornings a day or two later? They’re lucky they have loyal staff at this point.

Asked for extra bacon, and chipotle instead of mayo. They must've put extra mayo and chipotle cause I cant find the bacon in this mess. And no napkins thanks.
Stood in line for 10 minutes and I was 3rd in line, a girl was standing behind counter not doing much and had to be told to take orders. I left without ordering, if they want to focus on drive thru then make it a drive thru only. I'm done with Tim Hortons

The staff at this Tim’s are the best I have encountered. My orders are always right, they’re always quick and I can still get food late in the evening whereas other Tim’s tend to stop serving. I can not compliment the staff here enough. They are so kind, fun and good at their jobs.
