We were coming back from a friend's cottage when we decided to stop in for lunch on the fly. To be honest, it was not the best atmosphere, very very dated, but charming. Take 20 years back, and you're on the right place. Which I kind of like.Exactly what someone should expect from a small town Ontario Chinese restaurant. The server/owner was very friendly, and we discussed Chinese restaurants from across southwestern Ontario, and we enjoyed the food.I'd happily stop for lunch again. It wasn't breathtaking, but it was real and friendly. If you want a nostalgia trip, this place is for you. I actually really liked it.

They're always extremely friendly very kind people I first tried it a year and a half ago enjoyed it couple weeks ago ordered one of their combination plates enjoyed it so much what was special the chicken wings that I went back two separate days to get chicken wings and they're always so kind the food is great the service is always pretty quick I will admit if they continue to do dine-in though they should change up the atmosphere of the place a bit maybe make it a little more modern it looks a little old and run down on the inside but that doesn't affect any of the quality of their food or serviceVegetarian options: I'm pretty sure they can make some vegetarian food considering most of their dishes include vegetablesKid-friendliness: I would say it's kid friendly they have kids themselves and it seems like an all right atmosphere for children just not too many at onceParking: Parking is pretty much limited to just a couple of parking zone spot settings front of the restaurant other than that in behind the bank you could park CIBC which is closed pretty much right beside it but specifically for the restaurant now only have a few parking zone spots in front of the restaurantWheelchair accessibility: It's not entirely wheelchair accessible like it would be difficult someone to get a wheelchair through the doors and there's not a lot of room in the restaurant per se but my foster family was going to take me there for my birthday and my Foster Brothers in a wheelchair and they did everything they could to make it as accessible for him as possible like there was just a tiny little 2 in lip to lift his wheelchair over which was no problem we have dealt with way worse in the past but they went to the extent of getting us a ramp and everything which was very kind of them.

Nope never again. Food had gone down hill significantly in the last 10 years, and last time we were in one of the girls there was changing her baby on a table that people dine on.

I love this restaurant. I wish I could give them 100 stars not 5. The staff are always so friendly and upbeat. The food is amazing and for me it’s critical they respect my food aversions. I am a lactose intolerant and I have a shellfish allergy so I am very picky about where I can eat. They never disappoint. Always taking extra time to ensure my order is correct and keeping me safe from cross contamination. Excellent place to dine.

Very disappointed. I can not complain about service… the woman who took my order was her nice. Food was ready in the time frame quoted . ( i was early for pick up) The food was Horrible. Everything was over cooked and tasted the same. also could tell that things had been pre cooked and microwaved . Sad i remember Young’s Garden from younger days and it was amazing. Tonight it was like we got grocery store Chinese Food. Actually Grocery store likely would have been better.

Great food every time! Delicious and filling regardless of what we order. Yen, was our hostess and she is a delight to speak with. We will be back when we are in the area. Come hungry. You will enjoy your visit.

Always fast, always friendly, and always excellent food. If you're hungry for Canadian battle Chinese food, you can't do better than Young's Garden.
