Ordered burgers without lettuce, but was given with lettuce on asking her to correct the orders she just removed the lettuce and gave back to me, what if I didn't see that I would have got allergic reaction. Still I didn't ate those as I am sure she had given me same burgers back after keeping in kitchen for few minutes. Please be mindful of handling process, this could result in emergency for someone.

you had a bad customer service provided by 1. Arjun 2. Harbinger on today Saturday June 28 around 9pm. I ordered two veggie burgers combo no difference at all. But they served me one veggie and one chicken burger. I'm a vegetarian person so, it was emotionally devastating and awful for me. I was halfway done when I realized the burger is not supposed to taste like this.
And your guy was too rude he wasn't showing any remorse or owing his mistake. It was a horrible customer service. If you are not going to change your staff I think it will ruin your reputation as a firm.
For my compensation I want them immediate fired from their jobs. No one should go through this while they are going out somewhere to enjoy after working so hard.

This places closes at 10 PM not 11 PM but even if you come around 9 , the indian guy who flips burgers will make you feel like he is doing a favor..No regard for customers
Skip if you're in a rush. The timmies next door were able to get people (drinks and food) on their way quickly. Waited 25mins and still counting, ended up ordering a drink over next door and it was quick and made deliciously right.
