There was a girl she looked around 5’4and she had dark complexion. She was rude and had zero smile on her face, and I understand that working at fast food might be tiring, but at that point, they were not at all busy .I politely asked her for a bag, (she acted like she was doing me a big favour and made weird face )she just put the bag on the counter without even saying anything. I asked her can I please get a bag and she gave me a dirty face and put the bag on countercounter I was telling them thanks hi etc. they did not seem to be concerned about customer service at all, there was a guy and he was still nice. He looked like he was pretty New, but he was still trying, but the girl even when she was making my latte. She was just messing it up and she was making it like someone’s just forcing her to do that and she does not wanna do it at all. I mean that if a customer is asking you for something at least say yes, or sure or anything. there are words that you can possibly use, but I don’t know why but she was just extremely rude. Her face was looking so mean she had black T-shirt on. I forgot to check her name. This happened 12 pm September 9 .

It took 3 of them to make one coffee. The doughnuts are very poorly put together and the food was off. The wait time is ridiculous

Took 5 minutes to order. Got coffee in 10 minutes. Then waited at least 15 minutes for a toasted bagel. Then demanded a refund and left no food in hand. Wasted 30 minutes. DO NOT ORDER FOOD!!! They can not handle the volume of business.

They changed the management, and the new one has to quit, waiting time for 1 coffee more than 20 min ,first take your money than you have to wait 20 min just for a coffee, disappointed and lack of organization and respect for clients. Unacceptable, I will buy coffee next time from another place, never again from this on route. 😠
