I stopped going here about a year or so ago because it was so bad. Went today on a whim and remembered why I stopped going. Nothing has changed. The amount of people standing waiting for their orders while one person very slowly made drinks and got most orders mixed up or incomplete was shocking. This location needs a complete overhaul and staffing like it had five years ago. It’s been a nightmare to visit.

food was fine. But one single worker seriously should not be working here - the others were great. One worker had lied so he didn’t have to work, telling us there was no rice and he couldn’t make anything but a sandwich. As I went up again with my sister the woman told us they have rice , after this , the man yelled “no rice!!” And “I’m not making another thing”. My sister and her friend had already ordered things they didn’t want- because of his lies. I got my rice after the kind lady brought the rice out and put it in front of the JERK making the order. He continued to complain as he made our food. I think he is for some reason tolerated and excused, as I heard another worker/ manager comfort him with “only 20 more minutes”. I cannot believe someone like this could have a job in the service industry. It’s simply ridiculous. I would assume the people reading this know who I’m talking about, as this just happened - 11:10pm November 3rd. The other male working there seemed fine. This one dude has to go. He even watched as I walked out of line after he said there was no rice, saying he couldn’t make what we wanted - and didn’t say anything, he’s making you loose customers, and is disappointing your current customers by lying to them. This time it was called out but I wonder how often this happen.

If there is option i ill give them 0 stars.
i ordered steeped tea they just gave me hot water with milk. no taste at all.
they just show attitude cuz its on the onroute so they know people need to get food from them.
improve your service. just do cheap things only.
