This morning, around 7:20-7:30 AM, my husband and I stopped at the Tim Hortons at Dutton East (on route). Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any Tim Hortons location.
To start, the staff’s behavior was extremely unprofessional. Based on what one of the morning staff mentioned, the night shift staff, who had prepared our order, were responsible for the errors. A female staff member who took our order didn’t greet us, say thank you, or communicate properly. Instead, she made strange facial expressions and appeared to talk negatively about us with her colleagues. This behavior made us feel extremely uncomfortable, especially as multiple staff members began looking at us.
The order itself was completely incorrect. We asked for coffee but were given tea, and the bagel we ordered with extra butter had no butter at all. When we requested napkins, we were treated as though we were asking for something unreasonable. The only positive aspect of this visit was a white female staff member who handed us our coffee and treated us kindly.
After checking the online reviews for this location, I noticed similar complaints, which suggests this has been an ongoing issue with no resolution. I am requesting a strict action be taken against the night shift staff responsible for such unprofessional and unpleasant service.

Worst coffee taste of my life : I ordered 2 coffees via mobile app and drove off towards my destination. I tasted it on highway and it was one of the worst coffee of my life. It was basically cream, hot water and little bit of coffee! Both coffees were like that and I couldn’t go back and get it changed. I was so disappointed and pissed the whole way and I had to throw it away at the end. We are daily Tim Hortons users, I and wife really needed coffee at that time of day Bt had to survive without it.

Echo the other sentiments here. One of the worst Tims I've come across. Placed order via the kiosk and then waited 10 min, only or be told that the latte machine is not working. I had to find that out myself as other orders were going through. Sherlin was the employee and she said, "we have other orders so we cannot call out and let everyone know that the machine is not working". When I asked for a refund, she gave me the wrong amount. I had to go back, take a photo of the item on the kiosk and then come back for an additional refund. Not one apology was offered.

This was by far one of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever gone to. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte with oat milk, advised no whip cream or dairy and eggs bites and a sandwhich. The drink came full of whip cream and when I asked the girl to remake it she just stared at me and asked what drink I wanted then- I proceeded to tell her I wanted a pumpkin spice latte so she re made it and was a watery drink with milk, zero pumpkin taste flavour and I spent 5$ on the drink. The sandwhich was also cold as it was sitting behind the counter as we had to wait for them to fix our order.
Terrible customer service - the cashier and the person making sandwiches and coffees were extremely rude.
The dude at cashier gave me a mixture of coffee and steeped tea when I ordered steeped tea. Pathetic service as always at this location.

First Cashier was a guy and was pleasant, he took the order. I asked for 2 bacon breakfast sandwich combos. He asked about what we wanted in coffees. We stood and waited for our food. When food came out , we only got sandwiches. I asked the girl for our hash browns and she replied rudely " There are no hash browns, only sandwiches." I replied "Then clearly he did not understand my order because I asked for combos." She just stared at me. Didn't offer to get hash browns or rectify anything...so I walked away. Someone needs to teach customer service skills to this girl. She is lacking them. They also need to listen to orders and repeat them back to the customer to make sure they get it right. Very disappointed.

Slowest tim hortons ever. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes even for 1 coffee and 1 butter bagel. Coffee tastes awful too
