Food is great but the worst morning drive through EVER! I’ve been made late for work at least 10 times. Yesterday, I was told my order would be 3-4 minutes. I was okay with that. I watch the clock in my car and it was 10 minutes later. The csr brought out my order without my beverage. She went back in to get it.They got my order wrong. The beverage was wrong. The worst was I asked for a separate bag for the three hash browns for my boss who is a vegetarian. They put the hash browns in my bag with my English sausage egger. Not cool!You have lost my business

I have been using the drive thru here for some years now at least 3 times a week.While the staff is very polite and friendly the service and the food is definitely very poor.You can count on pulling up to the drive thru and being told we will be with you in a moment. And they will come shortly. It a long wait at all, but there are no customers inside or ahead of me so why am I waiting. The purpose of drive thru is speed and convenience.They will confirm the order and still often get it wrong.The hash browns are cooked in old oil or it’s not fresh. You can taste it, and they seem like they have been sitting there for a short period of time. The coffee is tasty but like warm never hot. You have to tell them please give a hot coffee. Now this feedback has been shared in store previously as well and at the window. The workers are very polite but seem oblivious to quality control or inspection of what they are serving clients.If it weren’t so close to where I head daily and there is no line ups I most likely wouldn’t continue eating here. But the line up and Tim’s and McDs is extremely long, although the attention to the quality of food is much much higher.
