I’ve heard great things about this restaurant, but have yet to see why people like it, or continue to visit. From start to finish the whole take-out experience was less than enjoyable.
The got my order wrong & wouldn’t fix it for me, even when I said I didn’t mind waiting for a new fish to be fried up. When I went to pay, I was forced to use their ATM and pay a fee because they only accept cash as payment apparently - which wasn’t warned to me when I ordered via phone. I definitely won’t be returning for their sub-par customer service and small and disappointing portions.
I must say, this is notably the most unorganized restaurant take-out order I’ve ever completed. I left feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed, and it completely ruined the meal that I was looking forward to.
