Ordered delivery Firehouse Subs for Q4 staff lunch - sandwiches were great, ordered came in platters with a clear indicator of which, we got extra pickles! Delivery came earlier which was perfect for organizing. Overall, the experience was excellent, I definitely will come back for another lunch. Thank you!

I ordered the French Dip, brownie and a Diet Coke. I got the order (Uber) and NO DIP with my sub. I called the store and the Mgr, Sasha, said that all they could do was give me a free sub next time or I could come into the store and get it. Well all I can say is THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME. The whole purpose of a French dip is the dip. I know you might think that this is petty but honestly I didn’t appreciate Sasha’s attitude. Not very good customer service for sure.

Came here on Saturday at 3 pm ordered steak and they said it’s no steak available, very upsetting

Long wait, soggy and overpriced. I saw a staff wince and clasp her hand working with a sandwich that came out steaming hot. Not sure if something is provided and she chose not to use it, but they should be using something to protect their hands from the heat in my opinion.

Bottom of the barrel in every possible way. Garbage food, horrible service, and rude staff. Typical franchise trash. They sell you beef at a premium price and serve you a blubber sandwich 🤮

I came here around 8:30 last week and the store was very neat and clean. I got a large hook and ladder sub cold. The produce was crisp and fresh and the meat was hot and tasted amazing. Thank you Matthew for the amazing service, I will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Firehouse Meatball: juicy meaty meatballs & rich marinara. Provolone & Italian seasoning finished flavour profile. Kids turkey & provolone ok. Much turkey, little provolone & no sauces/toppings so dry

Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket: good amount of tender juicy tasty brisket. Sweet edge from the BBQ sauce. The chocolate chip cookie was pretty rich & chocolatey, with both crispness & chewiness.
