Nice fixtures, well lit but the food was bad. I ordered a salad bowl however, it was drenched in dressing (picture). My 2 year old son got a kid noodle bowl which was also drenched in soy sauce. The bathroom didn’t have paper towel in it and looked disheveled. The staff were really nice but need training on how to make the menu items properly.

Now that I have become a Freshii lover I have tried all different locations while on the road for work and this is by far the best. Primarily because they DO NOT SKIMP on ingredients. Bowls are actually full and hearty. As a vegetarian I really appreciate this as the veggies are the star of a dish. Thank you- please dont change :)

There is a wide selection of burritos / wraps and salads with tofu or falafel available as the protein addition. I had the satay noodle bowl with tofu - freshly prepared to order with broccoli, carrot, cabbage, spring onion, noodles and spicy peanut sauce. Very substantial (so much so I took some home). I would love to try some of their other options if I had the chance - bowls with rice, quinoa etc and the falafel (which could also be ordered separately) looked really tasty too

I travel for work frequently and often stop at Freshii locations for meals/smoothies since I have dietary restrictions.
I ordered the greens smoothie from this location and got extremely sick to my stomach immediately afterwards. I know it was the smoothie because I hadn't eaten anything else this afternoon. I will not be visiting this location again.

regular customer of multiple freshii locations. i went in to use the washroom because tim hortons (directly beside it) washrooms were closed for cleaning. so i went into freshii, owner does not want people going into restaurant for bathroom usage “stating washrooms for paying customers only”. which is not only illegal but inconsiderate for those who have health issues, (diabetes,UTI, etc), those who do not have access to a washroom (delivery driver, landscapers etc). owner was rude and stated “i’ll let you go this one time but keep in mind this is the only time”. as i walked out i told owner to keep in mind, just because i am not a customer of this freshii location, does not mean i am not a customer of freshii. i politely dropped $5 on her table that she was sitting at for the water i used in the bathroom. hopefully she sees not all people going to use the washroom mean harm, or will mess up her washroom.

This freshii used to be excellent. Unfortunately, now they choose to balance their budget on the back of the customer. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect to get what you ask/pay for. Extremely unimpressed!

Went to this location today for lunch - $20 for a bowl that was inedible!! Got the oxaca bowl with steak. Not sure what exactly the meat was - it was soggy beige coloured strips of something - looked like it had been boiled …when I said the meat was not good (texture taste etc) I was told I could take it out and they would give me another protein but not make a new bowl. Gave me chicken that wasn’t much better - chewy and pink - didn’t eat it either ? won’t be going back there again …I highly recommend imperfect eats in upper Canada mall for an actual fresh made bowl
