Mary Brown's Chicken

Very disappointing.Paid extra for white meat on a 13 piece.Got 6 wings.Pure robbery.Been a regular customer and now they have lost a good family who go minimum 1 a week.

Ordered 13 piece chicken only.Shocked to find half were wings esp when you pay extra.Been a regular customer since we moved here.Well no more.What a scam.Robbers.Wings are classed as white.So i paid extra for 6 wings.Dont go to this location.EVER!!!!!

I ordered a Big Mary and it hardly had any chicken, it was mostly crunchy batter. Couldn’t even eat it.

The restaurant is okay, but I ended up throwing away my food because the staff weren’t wearing gloves while working. I didn’t feel comfortable returning or canceling the order.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Mary Brown’s. I received the wrong order, and the poutine smelled rotten. After eating it, my kids got sick. This is unacceptable, and I expect better quality control to ensure this doesn’t happen to others.

This Mary Brown's location needs to be closed down, I've never in my life experience such horrible service. Do not go here, you will be very disappointed.

I went to this location tonight, I ordered the chicken sandwich and a poutine, I was waiting for over 10 minutes for my food when the cashier informed me they don't have gravy for the poutine. She suggested I get something else from the menu however, the only reason why I went to Mary Brown's was specifically for a poutine. I requested a refund for obvious reasons, she agreed. They tried to refund me my money back on the Visa card I paid with however, it kept saying "declined". They again suggested I order something else, I reiterated I wanted my money back as I paid for a poutine, you can't give me what I paid for, I should get my money back..... They continued to try to refund the money back on my Visa, it kept saying "declined". They AGAIN told me to order something else from the menu, I requested they just give me back my money in cash, they looked me in my face and said "that's not possible". I continued to refuse ordering something else as again I specifically came there for a poutine and I said this to them SEVERAL times...... They phoned the manager and I got my refund, in cash. I've never in my life been so disappointed and frustrated...... This had to be the worse costumer service I've ever experienced, do not go here, they have many different food options in that same plaza, I suggest you spend your money elsewhere with better costumer service.

Service was fine but The Big Mary was very disappointing. It was too thin and over cooked like it had been deep fried twice. The last time I was there the chicken was thick and moist. Now it’s too flat and hard to eat. 14$ for 5, 3” long chicken strips and one had no breading.
Poor food quality and higher prices is what will kill establishments like this….no need to ask why when places like this close.

Went Oct 26 evening and ordered three combos to which one of the combos the bun was flattened and squished so my husband sarcastically asked the gentleman behind the counter. Is this the way the bun is supposed to look and he replied yes this is the way we make them not offer to give him a fresh chicken combo nor give a fresh bun.. The worst customer service ever definitely will not be going back.

$14.99 for a 2 chicken piece combo and chicken pieces here was a little bigger then wings
