Severed off our order instantly the second we placed it in return they forgot our food, food was sitting there for 10+ minutes before someone noticed to being it out 🙃 food is now cold and I know they got those higher McDonald's points for severing our order instantly meanwhile we just ordered one burger and a water and it took 10+ min

The tables are almost always dirty here, which is equally an issue of staff and customers. People shouldn't leave things a mess but also employees need to be wiping down the tables. The real trouble with this McDonald's and every McDonald's is that they now make you park to move you out of the drive thru which really makes it not quick or convenient.

Normally we never have any issues. But this night, I was in the line up for 40mins.
25mins was spent waiting to give my order number. (As I had waited 10mins before placing a mobile order, then another 15mins cuz I hadn't been acknowledged at the intercom.) Drove up to the window, let the girl what had happened. Was given my coffees and then had to wait another 15mins on my wraps.
Idk if they were understaffed or the intercom was broken, but it was dreadful and a customer behind me was screaming at me for the delay, as if it was my fault.
Idk about my husband's wrap, but nine had both ends open (closed one side up before I could eat it) and majority of the sauce was on one end.

Hoping it was just a bad night for them. But this was a sour note to end my day on.

We got our order after 10-15 min waiting by the window and received this classic egg BLT with absolutely NO egg on it !🤦‍♀️

My boyfriend and I went to this Mcdonald’s around midnight tonight. We were the only car in the drive-thru. While placing our order the person taking the order randomly changed to a different person in the middle of a sentence. Being the only car in the drive-thru they still had us park and wait for our food. After about an 8 minute wait we got our food and the order was wrong. The box with the sandwich clearly said spicy McCrispy and inside was a regular one. The other sandwich said 3 extra pickles and there were only two pickles on it. We were disappointed but hungry so we began to eat to realize the food was ice cold. Why did we have to wait to get food that was made hours ago anyways? Very disappointed with our visit.

I ordered from McDonald’s tonight (oct 9)i got a spicey deluxe mc crispy it came cold and did not have the spicey sauce. I also got French fries that came cold and some not fully cooked. They also made us wait about 10 minutes for our food and it still came out cold

Expectations met, considering how busy this location is they may want to hire a few more staff to improve speed. The drive-thru layout can be confusing at first and can back into the main throughways in the parking lot, with the exit being a bit awkward.

Parking: Entering is obviously, exiting signage requires you to go around to avoid the close intersection. Could be laid out a bit better.
