Food tasted pretty awful. The Saj was dry and not wrapped up properly. All the beef fell out when I picked it up. Super salty beef and it was mostly chewy pieces. Rice was dried out and rock hard.

I visited this location while en route to Northern Ontario and was impressed by its clean, well-maintained, and efficiently run environment. I ordered the Chicken on the Stix, which was prepared exactly to my preference—fresh, with the perfect balance of texture, neither overly crispy nor soggy. The staff ensured my satisfaction through attentive service and professionalism. Overall, an exceptional experience deserving a full 10 out of 10.

Beef Shawarma half and half …. Beef is tough and dry! Can’t even chew! It’s like rubber. Please don’t come! You will regret ….. no wonder restaurant is almost empty at peak dinner time 🤬🤬🤬

Got order wrong , and when pointed out server showed very poor attitude .

Zero marks for customer service.

Very bad experience.
I used to be a customer more than three times a week.

Today, I placed an order over the phone and asked for my regular poutine with garlic sauce. Apparently, the staff member claims he asked if I wanted tahini and garlic sauce, and says I answered yes.

When I arrived, the poutine had already been made with tahini sauce. As I went to pay, I saw the tahini, tasted it, and told him I couldn’t eat it because it was too bitter for me. I said I didn’t want the sauce. He responded, “I already prepared it and I’m not going to throw it out!”

I’m extremely disappointed. The man—Black, for identification purposes—was hostile and unwelcoming.

You’ve lost a loyal customer.
