Every time we order this pizza, everyone is asking where it’s from. It’s so good! Classic pepperoni is awesome but their meat lovers and specialty pizzas are beautiful. You have to try their garlic bread. It’s stuffed with cheese with a garlicky, cheesy top. We tried it with the bacon today and it was a hit. I had to go back for another before it was all eaten up. If you’re in the area (or not), you gotta give it a try.

Ordered pizza there tonight as I love their gluten free pizza. I’ve also had their wings in the past and they have always been good. We have been loyal customers with no issues in the past. We ordered honey garlic wings tonight and they tasted really off. I could not eat them. The taste is hard to describe but the closest thing that I can compare it to is like biting into dirt. I spat it out. I tasted 2 wings just to be sure. They were both terrible. Doesn’t even taste like their usual wings. Maybe the chicken was going bad? They also needed to be cooked more but that would not take away the taste.
The pizza was good as per usual but when I called about the wings, the manager was not very accommodating. It almost felt like she thought I was making it up to get my money back. I’ve never had an issue in the past. This is first time. She said to bring the wings back and she will see what’s going on but I was given attitude. It was a total inconvenience to her and no guarantee of trying to make things right was given. I was just told that they sell a lot of wings and they just came out of the oven. My husband decided he’s not going out again to take them back. There is a bad storm coming and he already put the car away. Instead, he decided he does not want to go back here again. We paid good money for this and were looking forward to a relaxing Friday evening. Instead, this caused unnecessary stress. I hope the store will still try to reach out to us to try and compensate us as these wings are completely inedible. It was not just a matter of not liking the taste, it was that something was wrong with the wings. There is no email contact so I hope they will try and make things right. Otherwise, I don’t recommend a place who does not value customer feedback or try to resolve issues without giving attitude. They need to stand by their product and not make excuses for food that is going bad.

We ordered a garden veggie pizza which had a trace of cheese, base sauce and overall too dry. Absolutely disappointed with this place.

I have to say that we have been a loyal customer of this pizzeria and the food is good for a fast food place, but I have to say that their customer service is absolutely shameful! I had a few occasions when they didn’t hear me correctly on the phone and delivered the wrong order or lacking order. On 1 occasion my husband asked to split a pizza for quarters and have each one with different toppings, instead we received a pepperoni pizza which we didn’t ask for at all. I called the place to inquire about it and I have been told that they do not do that although my husband was not informed of that. The latest hiccup was when I ordered a delivery today, I clearly mentioned “delivery” on the phone as I know we had misunderstanding before. I was advised that it will be delivered within 15 min. After an hour I called because the pizza didn’t arrive, and I was put on hold first, then transferred to someone else and then have been told that it was never intended to be a delivery but rather a pickup and they have a minimum order for delivery. All this was never confirmed on the phone. I must say that they agreed to deliver anyway, however, I wanted to provide constructive feedback and tell them that this is not the first time or second that they are not attentive to their customer’s requests, but I was cut off, talked over and not even given a chance to complete the sentence! As someone who deals with customers all the time, this is not the way to provide good service. If a customer raises a concern the bare minimum you do, is LISTEN first!!! They have just lost a loyal customer! And regardless of how good the pizza is, I will not be ordering from them anymore! I hope this feedback helps other people that care about customer service. I am also sure that they would most likely ignore this review and not respond to it! A good business would!! Just a side note
