You can’t get your bday drink at this location or use the points system. Ok asked for a matcha Frappuccino…
Instead I payed for tap water mixed with a scoop of matcha.. with two pumps of syrup that the girl couldn’t even get out of the empty bottle ….. so I’m sure I got zero pumps of anything due to the bland taste . Mixed with Oatmilk. Over ice. What a rip off .. overpriced drink… wasn’t even what I asked for. On my bday.

I normally love Starbucks as a treat when I am out and about. I usually order a pour over decaffinated. This Starbucks does not know how to make one of those. I expect a certain standard from Starbucks and this one falls short. The Baristas at this location are undertrained. Won't go back to this location.

Delicious selection of hot and cold beverages. Their Caramel lattè is second to none. Great selection of baked goods and the birthday cake pops are dreamy. Expensive compared to a timmies but you get what you pay for. Very friendly staff and the atmosphere in the coffee shop is very chill.
