Went for my birthday. Arrived at 620pm ordered our food at 630pm. Waited 1hr without explanation then we git the waitress in passing she said oh ovens arent working can I get you something so I said more coffee please. Coffee never came nor I'd the food.
We decided to leave, we got our coats on at 735pm and started to go. Waitress comes out with food.we stayed but, we did gave tickets for the light show at Upper Canada for 745pm. Not impressed at all.

It was a great restaurant at one time had a great atmosphere now the atmosphere is terrible. Prison lights over the tables are horrible. Dinner at best was warm , used to get a steaming hot meal, not anymore.

Even on a very busy night we were able to have a great family dinner. B was our server and even with other tables to tend to she made sure we were taken care of.
I ordered a Festive Special with rice. After waiting 20 minutes in line I paid for the Festive Special and drove home. What I received was a quarter chicken with fries, and no festive special trimmings.

Seated in the dining room, the manager decided to scold one of the servers/host beside my table for something very minor. He spoke to her very disrespectfully, borderline abusive. And yes I could hear the conversation. She had been very kind and sweet to me prior and it’s a shame that this person is in a leadership role.
I don’t understand why the service at this location is so slow. I’ve been here 3 times now and the service is always at a snails pace. The most recent visit was early evening (3pm) with just me and my son for dinner, and I didn’t see any more than 2 other tables dining and we still spent over an hour there. Not to mention I had to get up to find someone to just get a bill. Waitress forgot to give the chocolates for the festive special but gladly took her tip and disappeared in the back. Chicken was more pink than I would’ve liked but we haven’t got sick 🤷🏽♀️. Severely lacking in diversity (for the front staff at least). Would recommend going to any other location!

Our hockey family had a fantastic experience with Erin as our server! Handling a big, lively group like ours isn’t easy, but Erin was on top of everything. She was incredibly friendly, fast, and attentive, making sure all our needs were met—even with all the extra requests that come with a bunch of hungry hockey fans! Erin kept our drinks filled, got every order just right, and didn’t miss a beat, despite the busy atmosphere. She had such a positive vibe that really added to our night out. Thanks, Erin! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for great service.
