My order consisted of an ex-large coffee, a medium hot chocolate and 2 sugar smile cookies. The cookies we recieved were chocolate chip cookies with a smile that had just had just been done. Not impressed.

Made iced coffee wrong twice. First time it was very warm with melting ice, 2nd time was basically all cream! (I assume did that to cool it down). Tasted like bad cereal milk after you’ve eaten all the cereal. Also very rude employee at the window. If I wasn’t working I likely would have asked it to be made correctly a 2nd time. Used to love Tim Hortons but lately the staff are bad, food is “meh” and not worth the jacked up prices anymore.

Visited on 18 July 2025 at 1:33 PM Charged me $11:30 for a medium steeped tea and a cilantro veggie wrap. The wrap was ice cold — felt like it just came out of the fridge, definitely not fresh or warm. Paying $7–8 for such a small, cold wrap is just not worth it. Feels like they’re just trying to make money without caring about quality. Tim Hortons really needs to review this location and its staff.

Visit here every single day expecting better improvement in service and food but always disappointment. Service is worse, a lady working in morning don't even know to talk with customer. Always rude and service is as if they are paying for my coffee. Jalapeño bagel and fours cheese bagel are never in stock weather you go in morning or afternoon.

I drive an extra 15 minutes just to come to this Tim Hortons because the coffee here is consistently better than any other location—hands down! The quality, consistency, and care truly make it worth the detour. Huge shoutout to Vasanth, Priya, Prasank, Melissa, and Raj—your service is top-tier every time. You guys are the heart of this place! You’re always so friendly, and my dog absolutely loves the treats you give at the drive-thru window. It’s that kind of thoughtful touch that makes all the difference. Best Tim Hortons around. Five stars!
