Every morning at 5 AM they always have all the donuts ready and everything ready to serve. You can order almost anything on the menu and they will have it unlike other Tim Hortons that are not ready by 7 AM.

By far the worst Tim’s location. Service is ridiculously slow in the morning despite there being so many people standing around. Multiple days when hot chocolate isn’t available because the machine is supposedly being cleaned. Then when asking for something else, which I’ve asked for French vanilla or a chocolate donut instead, they say they don’t have any of those either. You’d think they’d have something. Also various times where whoever’s working the drive through ignores customers. I’ve had to drive up to the window many times to say my order wasn’t taken while there’s always workers talking by the window. Never once was an apology given. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Great coffees and good customer service
I waited 5 minutes after ordering my coffee. They didn't give it to me. When I asked for it, they looked at me as if I'd asked for a freebie. Customer follow-up is non-existent. Harassing behavior is unbecoming of a large business.
They have good people working however they are always rushing too much and stressed and give your order with something missing and you need to check it after receiving but it is good place sometimes It you get tables dirty sometimes clean but it is continue being a good place.

This is the worst Tim Hortons you can visit
The staff are very slow and rude. No one was in the drive thru and i can see them talking and no one took my order i had to drive to the window to place an order, they never have fresh food i got timbits and they were solid rock and when it comes to new item on the menu they never have it

Went there around 6 am to order a tea and breakfast like everyday. Said good morning to the lady behind the drive through and gave my order which she in return asked me to speak louder and that she couldn’t hear me. So I spoke louder but polite as she requested and she cut me off saying there is no reason for me to be rude and scream. She was aggressive in her behaviour, I was not screaming or having a bad tone with her. You ask me to order louder cause you can’t hear me. Not sure how saying earl gray tea with 3 sugar and one milk is considered rude. When I mentioned to her that she asked me to speak louder her response was yes because you were mumbling before. I cancelled my order and drive by the driver through window and just said fyi I did not scream at you or was rude. And the lady there S said it wasn’t her on the mic. Either way I live two minutes away. This has been my store for breakfast everyday on my way to work. From now on it’s gonna be the McDonald across the plaza 😅
if i could give 0 stars i would. ordered 2 iced coffees, a wrap, and a breakfast sandwich. the only thing they managed to get right was the wrap which was wrapped like they only had 4 seconds to do it. clearly they only care about getting their drive thru times under 40 seconds per car and nothing else. customer service was rushed and i essentially payed extra for things i never got with my order. PSA check to make sure your order is right before pulling out of the drive thru.

Went to this location tonight and not only were the staff (two gentlemen working the front counter and drive through, and the two ladies on the bagel bar) so busy but they were very hard working, professional and kind! Definitely would recommend coming back here from the interactions alone! Even with not having chicken for the soup they made the exchange wonderful!
