I ordered an iced coffee, nothing special just a normal order then I asked the LADY with a SUN TATTOO below her neck if i'm not mistaken (around early 20s to mid) to give me a straw. She just throw it away with force in the receiving table. This is not how the customer service supposed to be and it never should. Very disappointing.

Someone has toteachhow to talk to customers, and don't smash food all over the place
I’m a costumer with medical problem, that happen to order food this morning from this location, after waiting 15 minutes for one order, I asked if my order is coming, and they just smashed my order on counter, this is not the country you came from this is Canada, I recommend everyone to check their food before picking up!
The coffee here is consistently terrible. I rarely write negative reviews, but I've been disappointed with the coffee here too many times

Stopped in for a large black coffee and was pleasantly surprised that it was fresh despite it being around 8pm

They always keep forgetting to put lettuce & tomato on my turkey bacon club?? Obviously, this isn't the first time - but, it's happened so much that I now have to leave a review about it.
I got 2 today.. you'd think they'd notice after not putting the lettuce & tomato on the first one, yet both of them are missing the key ingredients.
It was good not a lot going on so it's also good for Relaxing

Just now order coffee just coffee nothing special, two times, and can't make it right! two girls on the cash don't even know how to properly communicate with customers, give me a strange look and rolling her eyes:)
I paid and left that *drink with them, such horrible service. Never come back.
And if management is reading any of this,
Please do the proper training that's REALLY BAD for your business to have workers with this attitude to work, and teach then please how to make coffee not the way they want, make it the way customer order.

Wasn't going to leave a review, but feel like I have too. Decided to grab something before a road trip (in store) to place a simple coffee order. What i walked in on was a senior staff member with brown hair- presumably manager- angerily yelling at staff members. That is absolutely ridiculous; tim hortons is for serving coffee, there is absolutely no good reason for a manager to be that aggressive with younger staff members. Shame on them.

First time visiting this Tim Hortons, and I am extremely happy with my experience! I came in early in the morning and was helped by a blonde girl with pigtails who was absolutely lovely. The food was fresh and delicious, and the coffee was just as great as any other location—no less amazing. I did notice some tension among a few of the other workers, but overall, it was an excellent experience. Will be coming back!
