First time visiting this Tim Hortons, and I am extremely happy with my experience! I came in early in the morning and was helped by a blonde girl with pigtails who was absolutely lovely. The food was fresh and delicious, and the coffee was just as great as any other location—no less amazing. I did notice some tension among a few of the other workers, but overall, it was an excellent experience. Will be coming back!

Living in Scarborough, it is so refreshing to see customer service with a smile. They even had a worker wiping down the top of every picture and door frame. Tim's down here are disgusting and never cleaned. They don't really care. Keep up the good work ladies, customers notice. You reminded me of what Tim Hortons used to be like.

The Tim Hortons is conveniently located but has its downsides. The coffee and baked goods are standard, but service prioritizes the drive-thru, which means longer waits inside.
While the place is clean, it could be tidier, and seating with charging options is a plus. Overall, it’s a 3 out of 5 - good for a quick stop, but service could be better.
