Amazing sandwiches. But $10 for a loaf of bread to go seems a bit much.

Cute little shop, the breakfast sandwich on a biscuit was delicious.
The vanilla matcha latte was one of the best I’ve had
And the staff were friendly and nice

Pretty disappointing coffee. I asked for a cappuccino but got a latte... bothers to know how many baristas don't know the difference. However, the service was great!
We finally made it to this pretty coffee place and were not disappointed. The atmosphere is lovely and the coffee and treats are delicious.

Friendly staff and the espresso was a delight! It was so well extracted! Very good bean quality.
Ask for the grilled sandwich with hummus and veggies. Delicious! Also the Canadiano coffee ( though the sign had it spelled wrong, starting with an 'A'.)

The coffee and cookies were great. The pumpkin scone wasn't to my taste. I found it a bit doughy.
They had a small section for preserves and other local products. I'm pretty excited to try some local made garlic jelly!
The baristas were a bit slow and didn't know the prices of items. Perhaps they were new. They were very friendly and nice though.

Not only was the plant-based cappuccino and dark chocolate Moka amazing, but the vegan sandwich was unique, fresh and delicious. A must stop when travelling through Eganville!

Disorganized, slow service, no veggie options available despite menu showing them and going at opening.

It’s an excellent bakery for beard but not a café, more in the spirit of a few tables where one can enjoy a coffee and a scone. No pies, cakes or pastries from what I saw.

When we stay at Golden Lake we love coming into Eganville and stopping at Fifth Chute Coffee! I love the coffee and my husband LOVES the peanut butter and jam cookies. (So yummy!) The bread is delicious as well.
Unfortunately, when my family dropped by, the café was out of all but one type of sandwich. The drinks were good, and my wife liked the one sandwich, but the rest of us had to go to subway.
Great coffee and local products. Freshly baked goods and break! A must stop if you are passing by the town.
