What a shame, this was such a great experience before and now the price has jumped 40% for half the size of cone. Two kiddy cones are now $9.00 two large cones are now $15.00 , not to mention the older lady there is a crabby person who is defending the price for the small portions and says everything has gone up. Shame, shame, wont be stopping there anymore…Golden Lake Boat House ice cream bar it is for us from now on. Greed!!!!

Terrible customer service and very rude to my whole family when we were causing no problems whatsoever. The old lady has a bad temper and needs an attitude adjustment. The young girl there was great with her customer service.

Young lady is nice and friendly, feel sorry for her, as she is working for an older lady that hates what she does and was disrespectful, rude, and had terrible, terrible customer service. Wasted my money as i had like 15 orders and the lady clearly didnt seem like she wanted us there. Never in my life going back there again, and we are regulars in the area. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Will not be going back anytime soon. You use to be able to order at the outside window but customers were ignored. Went inside to place our order and noticed the portion sizes had changed. They must have bought the smallest ice cream scoopers they could find. The young lady that was working was friendly but the older lady was ignorant. Just because I am in with my wife doesn't mean you ignore my order. The quality of the ice cream is different too. Not as good as it use to be. Hope things get better but till then you have lost this customer.

Pleasant service, excellent selection, exceptional ice cream, and ridiculous serving size. If you are in or near Eganville (or simply want to go for a drive) I highly recommend this as a "must" stop.

Good place and really nice interior, but the teen boy that works there gives way too much ice cream. His 1 scoop, is the size of 4 scoops. He is probably making the owner lose money and the customers too full.
