The best pizza in the area by far! Lots of fresh toppings. Great sauce. Generous cheese on top. Ultimately the price is a great deal.

Everything from the product to the service is bad. The only thing that saved them is the meat pizza because the salt from the meat is the only thing that gave it flavour.

Terrible pizza burnt crust,dry,with little sauce on it. No milano's pizza box you look on the milano's site and eganville isn't one of their locations. This restaurant is not I am guessing no longer a franchise,the plain brown box the pizza came in was my sign. Milano's cobden way better !

Friendly personnel, excellent pizza. For take out only and cash or debit only. There was 2 picnic tables behind the Tourist Information building (log cabin) we went there to eat or one could cross the pedestrian bridge over the Bonnechere river behind the log cabin and picnic at Centennial Park.

I've been a customer of this Milanos for more than 15 years and I've had no problems at all food is great ... but since Covid , prices have went through the roof and much smaller portions and they forget drinks alot of the times , and today was my worst experience yet , and ordered small donair platter and to make the fries a poutine and the donair with no tomatoes with sweet and sour sauce and 2 orange crush for $29.99 , and it was cold , they put tomatoes when I said not too, and never put any sweet and sour sauce on either and forgot one of the drinks and the poutine was so small I had a laugh ... never again will I ever order from Milanos Barrhaven....

My family and I are new to the area, for the past couple months we have had our weekly pizza from here. Never misses, always awesome, best pizza we have had in a long time for sure the best in the area. Anyone giving less than 5stars is crazy. Lots of toppings, crust is on point 10/10!
