2 times i’ve been there and was disappointed with the food. First time the owner came out and i showed him that my plate was clearly diff than the other exact 2 orders at our table. Nothing was done. I won’t be back (i tried once again, no more)

On Sunday, January 28th, 2024 we went here to celebrate our 51st wedding anniversary. Although the service & atmosphere was excellent, we were very disappointed with our meal. We ordered steak and it was not worth the cost. The steak was grizzly, very hard to cut and very hard to chew! How could you serve such an awful cut of steak, when one year ago you served us such a wonderful steak? Your waitress was excellent.For two people $70. to $80. Range.

My boyfriend and I went there for dinner we both got the steak and fries and I also got the shrimp skewers the fries taste like they were frozen fries and mine were not fully cooked the steak had no spice and the gravy was bland the shrimp was rubbery too it’s a shame that the only good thing was the pop and the restaurant looked nice and clean but it was not very good lighting

I understand that servers have "off" days, but our experience was more than just "off"... Firstly, we were told (at 12:30pm), that they were out of most of the mixes for alcoholic drinks. I suppose that could be understandable. My fiancé ordered a Pina Coloda, and I had water since they couldn't make me a virgin daiquiri. However, when I ordered a Gluten Free pizza, and my fiance ordered his chicken meal, the waitress only brought out the pizza when it was ready. I could tell my pizza wasn't gluten free, since it was so thick, so we waited for the waitress to return. 15 minutes later, when she came back to check on us, we asked her for my fiancée's meal, and to confirm that mine was GF. She said we only ordered the one meal, and mine wasn't GF. She took the pizza back, and told us that our true orders would be out in 2 minutes. Surprisingly, they were. The food was tasty enough, but the waitress left us disappointed. Finally, when we went to pay, we noticed that the waitress was drinking the remaining Pina Coloda from my fiancée's drink - saying that it was just the mix from the blender, and that they add the TEQUILA to the glass itself when they make the drinks. As a bartender, that made me question quite a few things. I hate to leave a bad review, but this was a bit much to leave unsaid. We had heard good things, and were hopeful. But we left highly disappointed.Dietary restrictions: The pizza can be made Gluten free.

Got the prime rib special and cowder. Chowder was amazing. The prime rib, while well prepared, was not a special cut, greatly overpriced. Sangria had no fruit. they were out (should have told me before serving). I was debating on 3 stars, but they were busy, and I've had a better experience in the past. Will be back, probably in the summer, for the pretty deck views.

I went with a family of four. I highly recommend the poutine. It was amazing. The gravy was delicious and the cheese curds are from Quebec. The burgers are homemade and really tastey. The chicken is really good as well. The risotto was tasty as well. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is pub style. I would definitely go here again.
