Omg....I think I live under a rock. Ordered a 12" sub combo. So a water and a bag of chips came with it. $22 frigging bucks! God forbid a family of 4 go in for subs, be over $100! Think I'll have PB&J next time.

Worst chicken sub I have ever had. My husband and I took 2 bites and through it out. Bread was wet and the new chicken they replaced for the Roasted chicken is disgusting. We have been eating at the Cambridge location for years, which has always been excellent. But this location in Eganville is awful. Do not recommend it for the chicken sub.

Never enough employees on shift. Many times I have went to this exact subway and during a noon or evening lunch/ dinner time rush. There is only one person working with a line up out the door.
On certain occasions I have had the employee make me wait more then 20 min with one person in front of me then tell me to wait longer due to them doing an online order before me

There is little place and they were doing some sort of financing but it was badly organise. And staff doing the sandwich was not very courteous.

Walked in up to the counter, an older woman was, I think slicing something, took her forever to serve me, she asked what I wanted, I told her foot long cold cut combo, she then asked what else , I said onion , she was so chincy, I had to say more onion twice, I usually get tomatoes, but I didn’t even bother asking, they were disgusting looked old and a lot of ends , then I asked for mustard, she replied, we ran out, on top of this she was miserable and had a terrible attitude. Saturday may 4 approximately 10-11.30 am.

This location doesn't have appropriate seatingThe seating along the window is nice. However, customers standing that close to you while you eat is uncomfortableThe 4 tables are not a good idea. This place is too small , people going into the fridge for drinks have to interrupt customers eating to open the doorsThis is not a place to order and sit and eat it's more like an order and run
Wheelchair accessibility: This does not have a wheelchair entrance or parkingI'm not sure how someone in a wheelchair would be able to order without having someone else go in for them
What’s with having no meatballs? Was there about 2 weeks ago couldn’t get the meatballer. There again today couldn’t get the meatballer. Then asked for rice bowl…sorry no rice! Settled for a turkey sub when I asked for salt & pepper only got salt because pepper wasn’t filled up. Pepper should’ve been filled up as soon as it was empty to avoid that simple problem. Renovations look great but you definitely need to get it together!

Usually pretty busy. The odd time it's quiet from what I see driving past. The hard working and always smiling staff, make this location fun to go to :) Thank you for always trying to make our experience at your location enjoyable.
Vegetarian options: They have a Veggie delight sub. Made with all fresh veggies. Or...salad. Although I am personally not a Vegetarian, I assume there could be other enjoyable options I'm unaware of also.
