Manager visited table. Judy the very nice waitress was excellent, funny and treated us like we were family. Food was superb !! Soup was unbelievable !! Tried to get the spices used in it. Tremendous taste. On a scale from 1-10 this is a definite 11. Don’t overlook this Gem of the North. Excellent prices.

Good food and open later than most places in Elliott Lake.

My daughter and I were amazed and delighted with our breakfast. It was the best breakfast we have had at any restaurant. It will be my daughter's go to place every time she's in Elliot Lake. It will definitely be my regular place to go. The restaurant atmosphere and waitress was A+ as well.

Great atmosphere and amazing food. Family friendly and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly, and service is quick and very responsive.

Had their brushetta flatbread and it was delicious and on sale,half price apps! They seemed short staffed so service was a bit slow and no cold glasses for beer. To me that is a MUST.

Great expierence, everytime

Came for the food, stayed because my taste buds staged a protest at the idea of leaving. Fireside Grill serves up dishes that make you question why you ever bothered cooking at home. The atmosphere? Like a Pinterest board came to life—warm, cozy, and flattering in every light.

The staff is so friendly you’ll wonder if they’ve mistaken you for someone famous (just smile and roll with it). Whether it’s date night, friend night, or I-don’t-feel-like-doing-dishes night, this spot nails it every time.

Bottom line: if comfort food and good vibes had a baby, it would be named Fireside Grill. Go hungry. Leave happy. Repeat as needed.

Valentine's Day 2025. Had probably the best prime rib I've ever had, during an extremely busy night. Our waiter was awesome, never caught his name but was very entertaining, took great care of us and sure has us laughing. Overall great experience once again.

Is a ok not very good quality for the price you are paying sometimes the staff and even the managers are very rude people and they have the element to be a good restaurant but they don't take advantage of that is a shame they just need better staff and get more quality on the food

Fish and chips were amazing as always but we ordered liver and onions and the vegetables had chicken bones and old skin in them. We asked for well done vegetables and that is what we received. Not impressed with the way they were cooked.
Ok so talked with manager about the situation and all is rectified. Turns out it might have been a hard vegetable that wasn’t cooked. I am very happy that they took the time to make it better and explain the problem. Thanks fireside for your amazing service and fixing the problem.

A very comfortable, relaxed place to eat. The staff is extremely friendly and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in the door. There are so many fabulous food choices, it's very hard to decide what you want. And the portions are so generous that it's very hard to try the desserts, but you can always take them home. I just brought home a fabulous piece of carrot cake! But if that's the only thing you have a problem with, you know that you're having a great evening!
