Visiting Elliott Lake and in search of a decent meal and nice atmosphere. Hit the jackpot with Fireside Grill! Delicious burger and fresh cut ‘chip truck’ fries exceeded expectations. Service was super friendly. If I lived closer, I’d be back often.

Twice in a week breakfast took over a hour to reach our table after we asked about it.Then we went back Friday for dinner , we got drinks and appetizers ,after a hour of sitting they came back ,asked what we ordered was they lost our order so at this point we pay for drinks and appetizers left, They never even asked if we would like a other drink ,or anything just sorry this happened ,but it happened to someone else night before .

Food was good and had sizable portions for the price. Server was very chatty and helpful. Decent menu size with good options. Took awhile to get are food ( it was busier than usual so I don't hold it against them ) all in all, a good experience that i would recommend, and would definitely have again.

From being out of town. Our server Heather was great! We sat and waited for over an hr for breakfast , we finally get our food every plate was cold, our server was so apologetic, the other lady not sure who she was had an ugly face going on, we expressed all of the food was cold , she said shouldn’t be . It was really bad, it wasn’t busy, very very disappointing. Will definitely NOT be coming back, if ever in Elliot Lake. The people in the parking lot where going off about their service as well

Clubhouse and fries (x2) Fries were great as usual but the chicken on my sandwich was horrible, dry and rubbery around the edges.

An absolute gem in the rough that anyone passing by the main highway about 15 minutes away should plan to stop by! It was a pleasant surprise to find out they had both breakfast and dinner menus. Every meal we ordered had some special flavor to it or a slightly different than typical - and better - way of being cooked, 10/10 chef(s)! There's a full bar, TVs and a few dining rooms with both tables and booths, so you're guaranteed to find the perfect seating spot for you. Oh and visit the Trading Post right next to it, a super neat place right next door.

Very impressed with the food. The chef deserves an award; presentation, taste and quality all superb. Prices are reasonable too. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet rustic. Do order the pumpkin cheesecake, amazing!

Ate here over the years but this visit will be my last, the portions have shrunk while the prices have grown. Paid $20 for a philly panini and added green peppers, was shocked to discover this was a $3.99 surcharge on top of the $20, not to mention this is the first time my entire family finished there meals with no left overs, they also removed the shredded Parmesan cheese for pastas, steer clear of this establishment as our entire family wont be returning also. Meal portions are way to small for the prices.
