Last 3 trips I asked for extra cheese on my sausage McMuffin. They did not give me extra cheese. All 3 times. I can buy all the stuffs and just make my own at home.

The big Mac should be called mini Mac since it's a lot smaller and pickles now on it is cut in 1/2 what a shame No one that works there is happy you can see it in there faces when food is brought to the table they basically throw it on table It's almost impossible to get a smile out of the staff The male wash room was filthy and no paper towels to wipe baby bum off This MacDonald's in Elliot Lake is awful

It always really disturbing when you are with kids, whenever you go to drive thru it takes forever, I ordered fries for kids it took more than 30 min they pulled me over I had been there for so long,really disappointed… they always hired people who are lazy always talk with each-other they don’t take customer seriously.

I had breakfast here and the English Muffin was old, stale like it had been microwaved. The hash browns were reheated and definitely weren't fresh. It'll be a long time before I come back to this McDonald's.

Was fine. But not the cleanest McDonald's I've been to.
Waited in drive-thru for over 20 minutes, food came out ice cold. Asked them to remake it and waited another 25 minutes while the employees inside threw straws and cup lids at each other, manager nowhere to be seen. Ended up asking for a refund, took another 5 minutes for a manager to come to approve it. Definitely going to avoid McDonald's for a while, beyond disappointing.

Went here for breakfast a few days ago and didn’t get any salsa for our 4 burritos. When we asked they said they were out!! Too bad I didn’t know that before I ordered I might have ordered something else given the choice. Also another time ordered hamburger w bacon and didn’t get any bacon. Another time we ordered coffee and waited so long in drive thru that if we could’ve left we would have. Also had ice cream cones more than once and they were a lot smaller with the new owners. Also my husband wears hearing aids and this location is very loud and beeping and talking is very annoying. Not going here anymore. Who needs to pay for that!!!

The other day I went to get a birthday flurry on Tuesday and one lady made it and it wasn't anything like the photo and was melted and it tasted nasty and I have throw away 6 treat. She kinda toss at me and her vibe sucked.
