Even under new management the food is hit & miss here. Some days the food is great, fresh and hot. More often than not, the food is barely hot by the time we get home (3 min drive), and the buns are hard and dry. Got an egg mcmuffin this morning and it was so awful I threw it out, the egg tasted old and the English muffin was hard (not from being toasted), just disgusting. The staff are always nice and pleasant

I've been sitting in the drive through line up for 45 minutes. If I could have gotten out I would have but that entire 45 minutes has been just in the curbed area with no opportunity to leave.

It's was just ok. We went to get Boo Buckets, but they were already out of them after only 3 days 🙁 I ordered a filet o fish which are normally really good here, but you could tell it had been sitting in a warmer for a while and wasn't great and fries were barely warm as well. It was pretty disappointing. I dont have high expectations from Mcdonalds on a good day, but can the food at least be hot and relatively fresh? This location is extremely dated and the beeper for what I assume was the fryer was going off the entire time we were there dining...not exaggerating...the entire time 😞 Like seriously...shut it off! The service was friendly tho.

Took 20 minutes to get order today. Ordered from app cause lineup was too long. Out of our order 2 items were wrong. We ordered a raspberry splash and got instead a blueberry smoothie. Ordered a cranberry orange muffin and got fruit snd fibre instead. Both were disappointing errors.

Listed as open until 12 but closes on a whim. Arrived at 11:05 and was barked at by the attendant that they were closed.
First time to this location. Mobile order for a coffee and muffin. They got my coffee wrong (they forgot to add sugar) and forgot the muffin and I had to remind them. The muffin flavour I ordered wasn't available (doesn't the app automatically update based on inventory?) Just a lot more problems than I'm used to getting from a McDonald's.
