This Elliot Lake Subway food is horrible. First and last time I ever go there. I ordered BLT on a gluten-free bun. The bun was so awful I took it back after 2 bits. They refused to give my money back even though the quality was awful. They said I ordered it and there not giving me my money back. The only thing they would do was put everything on a Italian bun, but wouldn't give me money back for the gluten-free bun. Horrible service and food. They also don't follow food guidelines about cross contamination. I witnessed an employee changing out the onions and putting the old onions on-top of the fresh onions.🤮 I let them know I was going to give them a bad review but these minimum wage workers who have hardly no income didn't care. So that explains everything. This is what bad customer service looks like. Don't waste your money on this very overpriced bad food. Go somewhere else, anywhere else, but this Subway. 🤮🤮

When they ask if you want your bread toasted, say no!. Then after they grab you the fresh bread instead of the days old and put on your cheese, say you changed your mind, yes toasted. You're welcome!.. Edit: they stopped doing this for now..must have read my review.!!

Q/C problems, staring at their customers in a rude way, pickles were soggy, lettuce felt too soft. Atmosphere was bad, people were lazy in the back staring at customers. Made their customers wait longer than was required. All in all, gross food, gazing nastily at customers. Not worth the money.

The food is fresh and always made well with nice smiling faces , they listen well and take recognition that I have a severe allergy to onions and they use fresh veggies , knives and everything you name it . We only had a problem once with one of the staff but he corrected his attitude once I informed him I was going to speak to his boss . But after that it’s been great we live really close so most of the time we order online and walk to pick it up

So nice to be able to order online and pick up. I ordered a 12" assorted cold cuts and a 6" turkey. It was nice to pick all toppings at home and have it ready when you walk in when there is a line up. They were both delicious and I didn't have to cook on such a hot night.
