Drove from spanish to get dinner for 9 people, the server was kind and quick to deliver the mobile order. Got back to spanish with it and discovered it was missing items. So I called the store, they tried to tell me that I never ordered any food there, despite being able to tell them the order number and whatnot. They finally said they'd get their manager to call me back, which also never happened. I feel like a simple mistake got turned into a sour experience.

Service good however had ribs with chicken. Swiss Chalet should stay with what they do best and that is the chicken
