I wanted to share my recent experience with Swiss Chalet in Eliot lake. Overall, it was a really, really good experience — especially thanks to the attendant name was Dhruvi . She was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional, and made the whole restaurant environment so much more pleasant. The food service was good , and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I truly enjoyed the lunch

Parking: Went at an off time 2 pm so no issue parking.

Cooks and servers (apart from front of house management) are amazing, management not so much. Consistently understaffs and is not willing to bring in more servers on a busy night which leads to lengthy and slow service (which is not the servers intention). Management is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I believe the food and service is good for the most part because of the people who work there, but not who manages it. I would not recommend working there as a server, unless you want to be not be appreciated for your hard work.

This quaint Swiss chalet is cozy and had very good service. We arrived as a large group without a reservation and they quickly accommodated us. Our server was very friendly, bilingual and attentive. Great family restaurant.
