Went in to get a coffee and smile cookies. They had a woman without a hair net preparing smile cookies directly outside the bathrooms on the customer side. I literally watched a customer pull gloves out of her pocket upon leaving the bathroom and spray pocket dirt over the table full of smile cookies. I did not buy any cookies. So gross.

I find this Tim Hortons very hit or miss. Some staff are very polite and make my order perfectly but others just don't seem to care and are rude. Food wise it's good most of the time but coffee, I would say 75% of the time it's not right.
