Every single time I come through, SOMETHING has to happen. Its either my order ALWAYS getting messed up when i just want TWO things, or its something else entirely. Today I came through the drive through after finding some extra change for coffee. I go to pick up my order and the lid wasnt even half on right!! It spilt all over the inside of the truck, but the worst part was that it spilt on the driver's IV bandages!! You're actually kidding!! Soaked through the bandages with hot coffee which lead to a panic cleaning at home. If i could give you 0/5 stars I would. Get your stuff together, guys.

Food was ok, but cold because it took forever 2 get my 2 small black. It felt like no one was serving front, customers were walking out. I even asked the manager which I think was doing inventory as she walked in front of us quite a few times before I asked who was serving front because customers in front of me were leaving, instead of dropping her phone to go serve she went and looked for someone out of all the staff that were there to serve. Worse customer service ever.

This is suppose to be 3 double doubles (made beside eachother) Before you leave this Tim Hortons check your coffee for taste and looks. Had coffee grains and dark coffee with not enough cream or sugar. Also some of the staff are very rude and need a attitude check. Do better Tim Hortons, clearly when you make 3 coffees beside eachother and one of the 3 or two of the 3 coffees are darker than the other something is definitely wrong. Open your eyes on what your making.

The cream is bad yet again, After driving across town to get coffees just to get home and not be able to drink them is very frustrating. Get it fixed as it is not the first time you have had issues with the cream for a couple of months now.
